This hotel offers an amazing experience! You can open the window and be greeted by the stunning 'Rizhao Jinshan' (golden mountain sunrise/sunset) – the view is breathtaking and expansive. The environment is incredibly quiet and serene, perfect for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The room heating is excellent, maintaining a comfortable temperature, making it wonderfully warm and cozy for a winter stay. Overall, a perfect experience!

Had a fantastic stay here for 3 nights. The hotel is located just outside Lijiang Old Town. The complimentary self-service laundry was a huge plus for travelers, and the breakfast hours were very accommodating for those with early morning plans. The underground parking was also a great feature. All the staff were incredibly friendly and dedicated. We even received a room upgrade. This is a highly recommended hotel!

The facilities are complete, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the environment is fresh, and the service is attentive. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and the beautiful Mu's Residence, local intangible cultural heritage performances, and the bustling ancient city left a deep impression.

I stayed in a 10th-floor room with a snow mountain view, and I could see Yulong Snow Mountain right from the balcony. I originally booked the Mercure Hotel, but their rooms didn't have air conditioning and were noisy, so I canceled last minute and switched to the Holiday Inn. Even though it was over 300 yuan more expensive, I'm so glad I made the switch. The Holiday Inn rooms had good air conditioning and were quiet with no noise. There was even partial underfloor heating in the bathroom! The free laundry and dryer were a bonus. The breakfast was a little lacking, but it had all the essentials. I'd definitely choose Holiday Inn again next time. I really don't understand how Mercure gets such good reviews.

The room was very clean, and the TV offered a good selection of live channels. The bathroom had advanced shower facilities, and the bed and other amenities were really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. There aren't many decent restaurants or shops near the hotel, so whenever we needed something, we'd order takeout. We'd just write our room number in the notes, and the delivery robot at the front desk would handle it. The robot delivered it promptly to our room door, and the in-room speaker would notify us when the delivery arrived at the hotel and then at our door. It was quite fun! Our favorite part was waking up in the morning and watching the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain for about ten minutes from the balcony, especially when the 'Golden Mountain in the Sun' phenomenon occurred. Pure bliss.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a balcony, and it was very comfortable and well-lit. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was sufficient. The only downside was that the breakfast food wasn't kept warm enough, which I think was due to the serving containers.

About a 15-minute walk from the ancient city, the room was very spacious and clean. Compared to guesthouses costing 300-400 RMB, this hotel offers incredible value for money, and it even includes breakfast for two. For our family room, they thoughtfully provided an extra breakfast for free. Very considerate!
