I love the old vibes of the hotel, The outside view is also nice. The cats are very playful and cute..i love it. But the road to the hotel is a bit grumpy plus very secluded..we almost get lost. But luckily the staff are very helpful.

The accommodation has a great atmosphere. Luggage transfer service is available from the old town entrance to your accommodation. The room was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. Located in the old market town, close to shopping areas, restaurants, and photography studios. The owner is lovely, friendly, and very kind. Book a suite and get free wine. There were some cats to welcome us too. They were cute and affectionate. If we have the chance, we will definitely stay here again. 🩷

The environment of the hotel is simply beautiful, with a charming building structure that blends perfectly with the traditional aesthetics of the old town. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Location-wise, it couldn’t be more perfect. Being situated right within Lijiang Old Town made it easy for us to explore the surroundings, enjoy local food, and soak in the culture without needing to travel far. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and surprisingly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax—especially important when traveling with family. Everything was well-maintained, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, this hotel is absolutely worth staying at, particularly for families traveling with young children or infants. It offers the right balance of comfort, convenience, and hospitality that makes a trip even more special.

Staff is very helpful, hotel clean and near to roadside

I had an amazing stay here which was my favourite after travelling to China for a month. Well located in a quieter and more peaceful section of the ancient town. The design of the hotel itself was stunning! Despite the traditional design, the hotel contained completely modern amenities like smart toilets, bed heaters, AC and fast wifi. The highlight though is the exceptional service from the attentive staff and the lovely hotel owner. They are helpful with recommendations, provide pickup service so you don’t have to carry your luggage through the ancient town and overall provides a very homely and comforting atmosphere. I was even invited to dinner and shared fruits, tea and snacks with me! If that isn’t enough to convince you, they also have four super cute cats! Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to Lijiang.

The hotel was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The customer service was outstanding — the staff were very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. From the Didi drop-off point, the staff kindly helped carry our luggage to the hotel since there is a short walking distance, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very comfortable to use. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang.

The place looks exactly like the picture. Very beautiful. The room was included with towels and basic amenities. They also provide me hair dryers (yes, multiple), air humidifier and indoor slippers. My room is also equipped with smart toilet, which comes with seat warmer and bidet. This place is also located very close to Lijiang old town, in fact one could argue that the place is located in Lijiang old town. The staffs here are very friendly and helpful. Brought me to some places for souvenirs and advice me which street food is halal and non-halal. Definitely will come and stay here again if return to visit Lijiang.
