This was my second time here but so sad that our second would be the last🥲 First, we requested for early checkin and informed us to call warly same day but no available room for earlt checkin. We arrived early like 2:30pm but they let us check in for past 3pm. Second, We booked early for twin bed 1 br but upon arrival they said it wasnt available and gave us king bed instead. we booked early and the twin bed was available how come it was not available during the checkin time. Third, lack of toiletries, no lotion at all. Forth, shower room was dirty, the fridge was so dusty. If there would be zero star, i would give one. Very frustrating stay.

The B&B is in the ancient town of Lijiang. It takes about 1 minute to walk from the nearest ancient town entrance to the hotel. After entering the ancient town, the road is a stone road. The heights are not uneven and it is not easy to drag luggage. You can contact the hotel in advance to arrange a tricycle to pick up and drop off, but the tricycle does not carry people to transport luggage, and the charge is 30 yuan/trip (directly settled by the homestay here). If you live in a homestay in the ancient town, it is recommended to wear comfortable soft shoes. Since the stones laid on the ground in the ancient town have a long history, the roads in the ancient town are crisscrossed, but the road is uneven and the stone surface is smooth. It is especially slippery and easy to lame when walking in it on rainy days. Be sure to pay attention to safety; I found that there is a difference between the display maps of most homestays and the actual naked eye effect. The network map is really over-filtered. The interior furnishings of the room are relatively old. The family room we booked is located on the 3rd floor of the homestay. There are two single beds and a large bed in the room. It is a large room type in the ancient town homestay; There is a creek at the entrance of the hotel. The entrance is quite a little bridge and flowing water in the south of the Yangtze River. It attracted many young ladies to come here to take pictures. The external environment of the hotel is quiet. Of course, the fly in the ointment is that the internal electrical equipment is aging and outdated. The wall is also a bit mottled... I heard from the boss that the homestay should have a decoration plan next year, and I look forward to seeing you next time ～

I got to know this hotel through some positive review from other guests and decided to try it out as I am not familiar with this place nor do I know anyone here. Glad that I did as it turns out to be an excellent experience. The hotel location is easy to reach as it is just a few minutes walk from the main road and it is right next to the old town (丽江古镇)。It is also right in front of a beautiful pond. The room is clean and tidy, everything works, breakfast porridge is tasty. But most importantly the hotel management are extremely friendly and helpful – this make my trip so much more easy and enjoyable. Ann (冰冰) is an excellent manager who offered me valuable advises and tips on where to go , what to do, what to avoid and she helps me with all my booking for the side trips – I had an easy time visiting the snow mountain (雪山), Lugu Lake (泸沽湖) and watch the magnificent Lijiang performance (丽江千古情) . All arranged and well managed with Ann’s help. This is so important when we heard so much negative comments about travelling to Lijiang from unscrupulous tour operator but here I am glad I met honest and reliable people. So if you are new to Lijiang and need guidance, I strongly recommend staying here and speaking to Ann. She is candid, transparent and helpful. The hotel is a beautiful place but the people makes the entire experience even more wonderful .

Located just on the south edge of ancient town. I much prefer this area as it is quiet and accessible by car, unlike most hotels in ancient town. Breakfast buffet is a welcome and served a variety of continental and chinese food. Get quite crowded at 9AM and typical China tourist behaviour can be expected. Golf carts sent and picked us up from our room, which is in a garden environment. I went in winter so the walks around the hotel were nice. Rooms are quite dated, albeit very clean. Some lights were either blown or flickering. Moisturiser container wasnt topped up but concierge responded quickly.

The hotel is classic ancient architecture and very nice for photo taking. The hotel is 20 mins from Lijiang ancient town. The hotel manager Eason and receptionist April (Ms Hou)are very helpful handling my check in. Eason support very well and upgrade my 2 night stay to Snow Mountain View in continuity with my first day booking. The Yulong Snow Mountain View is just awesome. The staffs made my 3 night stay in Lijiang was memorable and left me a great impression of their hospitality and Lijiang city.

We stayed in Astoria Plaza for over a month. We made our reservation well ahead of time and made a deposit (e-transfer) 10% of the total cost of our stay, plus extra cost for the early check-in. Upon checked in about 5:00 a.m., I was surprised when the front desk staff asked us when are we going to settle our account. I said “can’t you see on our reservation that we made a deposit w/c was equivalent to 11 days stay”? We were told that there was no room available yet on the higher floor so in the meantime we were given a room on a lower floor and promised that we will be moved on the higher floor in 2 days. I also asked if we are entitled for a free breakfast that morning, he said No because the cost for early check-in does not include breakfast. Anyway, once we were in our room the phone rang and he said Yes we can have free breakfast at the Astoria Cafe. We found the room on the lower floor was alright so we didn’t bother to be moved on the higher room. We have stayed in Astoria Plaza several times, and we know some staff who have been working there for 10 years or more. We accidentally broke a glass in the bathroom and we asked for replacement but was charged (pesos) to our account. However, the replacement glass was not delivered soon, until the day I talked to the housekeeping guy. I have seen blood or urine stains on the bedsheets. For our long stay in Astoria Plaza, we thought we could get a free transfer to the airport. Unfortunately, we don’t get that benefit so we settled for a grab taxi that was large enough for our 4 luggages and 2 carry-ones. Overall, our over a month stay in Astoria Plaza was pleasant. Our special thanks to Jinky Ching, Mac, Joy, Honey, Diane, Claire, Gella and all the staff in the cafeteria, for looking after us in the morning. 👏 Thank you to the concierge staff, for the free shuttle services to and from MegaMall/Shangrila.👏

Great hotel, friendly bubbly staff! This hotel is located near malls such as the Podium and the SM mall is located 5 minute walk from it. Grab taxis as well as regular taxis are available all the time. There are many banks located a couple minutes walk from the hotel incase you need to withdraw or do currency exchange. Breakfast buffet is great! Everyday new food is served, that way you are not eating the same things everyday. They also serve starbucks coffee in the main lobby Employees are super nice and very helpful, especially the front door guard. Only thing missing is a pool :( otherwise it would be a 5 star rating for amenities. I would definitely come back to the wynwood hotel the next time im in the Philippines!

Much of the value of this hotel comes from the superb location. It's right across the upscale Podium Mall and a few minutes walk from the more busy SM Megamall and Shangri-La Plaza Mall. Also near places of worship if you're visiting on a Sunday. MRT is a few minutes walk away, and it's easy to book Grab in the area as it is within the CBD. The room is dated, but well maintained. There's a recent renovation done on the bathroom and the choice of nice fixtures are noticeable -- the idet doesn't surprise you with sudden pressure and the rain shower is really good. Water temperature is well-controlled. The bathtub has a nice marble top which is good for placing a bottle of drink or your tablet to watch a few Netflix shows while soaking. You can get a bathbomb from one of the nearby malls. Choice of toiletries could be improved, but all is good. The sofa cover is made of a sort of velvet which was worrisome for me to sit on. I had a few itches under my thigh after seating on the desk chair, so just used the bed after that. It may be good to replace the furnishings with more maintainable surfaces. Airconditioning is good, but the outdoor unit located under the floor near the windows is noisy. Entertainment options could be improved if the room is marketed as a staycation option. The TV remote only works from 1 meter away, and the TV is not smart, so you won't be able to cast Netflix and YouTube. The subscription package on the analog cable also doesn't include most HD and premium channels. There's no bluetooth speaker available and the intercom system is very dated. Refrigerator is small, but was cools well. Complimentary service is sp**** (just 2 packs of instant coffee and 2 small bottles of water). This won't be a problem if you're staying at the hotel as a halfway home and are mostly out to have meals with family and friends and do some shopping before heading out of Manila to your final destination, as I had. I haven't tried the hotel's restaurants and in-room dining, but would find an opportunity to do so when I come back. Service of the staff is outstanding. I arrived early morning as my flight has been pushed back, and the staff welcome (starting from the doorman) was refreshing. Reception staff is very professional, and staff I've met inside the elevator were friendly. Housekeeping was also quick to respond to my request. Check-in and check-out was fast. Overall, my stay had been comfortable and I would definitely book again. Rates at trip.com could be 50% lower than published rates for gold tier members, so this is a good opportunity to enjoy a stay at the hotel. Some rooms like mine have windows facing the other building's firewall (2 meters away). It still lets in light and is good for privacy, but if you intend to have a better view, don't forget to mention it during check-in. I would be happy to see this hotel renovated to maybe a transitional style (based from it's current classic theme), have the furnishings modernized, and the amenities improved, and I wouldn't mind paying more for such a good location.

Ibis is the best hotel during my Yunnan trip. I am impressed of the excellent service from their staff. Thank you so much to Ms Yang (小楊）as she really shown good service to each of customer even extend her service to monitor and arrange the washing n drying clothing. She really sincere to offer help for anything we asked. Really appreciate her help during my stay. Most of the staff are helpful too include 小和and one Chinese guy support night shift.. he helped me to register Ibis membership, however due to some technical issue unable to make it but he still offer good breakfast to us. Besides that the guy call 保安prepared the free cocktails to us, he is friendly and helpful. Excellent job done by the staff as we really enjoyed my stay for 2 nights. I will definitely recommend to others if anyone would like to stay in Lijiang. Hotel provide breakfast, free washing/drying clothing and free cocktails from 8pm to 10pm. Very nice designed and good environment at lobby area. Clean room and comfortable bed. They also have robot to help to deliver drink direct to the room. After careful selection online, I booked two twin rooms in Shanchi. It felt great to stay there for three days, with the warmth and fragrance of the B&B and the configuration of the hotel. A family of six flew to Lijiang on the 18th, and the boss thoughtfully arranged a commercial vehicle to pick them up at the airport, starting a pleasant trip to Lijiang. The hardware and equipment in his home are in good condition, and the proprietress is considerate and gives practical and practical suggestions without any commercial promotion. 1. Lijiang is still cold at night in winter. The room not only has an independent air conditioner with good heating effect, but also a heated bath heater in the bathroom. You don’t have to worry about catching cold when you take a bath or sleep. I was worried about bathing the children before, but I gave them to them every day after moving in. He washes. 2. The whole room is smartly decorated, Xiaoou butler, the toilet is smart, induction flushing, and the seat cushion is automatically heated and warm. Smart projector, smart curtains, voice control switch, my son and daughter shout happily every day, and there is a button to turn on the shower in the bathroom. 3. The hotel is in a good location and the transportation is very convenient. You can go to Qixing Street right out of the hotel. After crossing Qixing Street, you can reach the ancient city waterwheel in a few minutes. It only takes two minutes to walk to the bus station. There are buses that go directly to Shuhe Ancient Town. The area was quiet and the room was clean. The view from the balcony was great. I stayed and order another room but this one with the view was the best. The service was great Wang Juan was such a great help. She was new but I couldn't tell because she went above and beyond making my stay amazing. She helped me find food and even helped me with locating a place to find shoes. She showed me how to get to he top of snow mountain with no tour. The staff was friendly, i didn't need ac in the big room because I could leave the balcony door open(there was a screen). It was rather cool and rainy on the trip as well.
