We've stayed at the Pineta and the room was pleasant. Everyday they clean the room and change towels. Breakfast is served w/ egg, bacon, ham, cheese, yogurt, croisant and cereals. Variety of Beverages are good also. Food was good and the portion is ok. Staff. Excellent staff and very helpful, although they're busy but surely when it's your turn they will give you all the attention and info you need. Polite and smiling faces. The guy at the trampoline was so kind. My kids loved the pool with slides. I loved the beach, silent, peaceful and not crowded. In the evening at the piazza there's an animation for everyone. There are small things that may be added or changed, but somehow we aren't bothered about particular things. We had a very nice stay and that's the most important thing.

Was here with my students. Sport facilities okay..but food and rooms was waaaaay below standard No wifi.. no aircon.. boring food. And a lot we were promised never came to be. Staff was helpful but the place seems run down and in need of some work. But okay sport facilities

The structure is badly maintained from all points of view: old rooms, poorly clean, noises of the external motors of the air conditioners that disturb sleep evidently due to the non-existent maintenance of the mechanical parts. Restaurants that look more like a factory canteen, food scarce in quantity and of low quality (the worst meal is definitely breakfast). The service is the worst: surly and unavailable staff almost everywhere (in our experience only Mrs. - the only one to manage the hotel where we were staying - proved to be kind and helpful). I strongly advise against choosing it, for a few euros more there are solutions of a completely different level in the area.

After booking the last room left by telephone and leaving my email to get all the necessary data including payment information, the structure does not send me anything for 2/3 days. Then I call and they tell me that they are still sending all the emails so to wait until there were no problems. After another two days in which nothing arrives, I send an email asking for explanations. They reply to the email (not immediately, by the way, so more time passes) that there is no reservation when in fact I had booked a week and a half earlier and had continued to call / write. In all of this I have asked for explanations but I have not received any response. Obviously the date was that of a concert so all the other structures that I called later had no more space. Disappointing.

Stayed in a village structure for 3 nights (at the sails). The spacious and clean room, the 3-star services (the second day they took our towels away without putting them back). But the really absurd thing was the food, nothing edible in the first Scotti and bad taste in the plasticized second courses, nor the buffet of carrots and pours k it looked like polystyrene! Poor breakfast and with coffee at the bar for a fee!
