The room is really big and nicely appointed but the air con system was not working so it was way too hot inside. Unfortunately as it was a “party” quite late on the outside patio just below our room, sleeping with the window open was not an option. So we did not sleep well at all. After a long day driving, the was really disappointed
We also had an issue with the shower but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the heat in the room
Also, we booked this hotel because it was supposed to have an on-site restaurant. We found out when we arrived that it was closed for the month. It would have been good to be notified beforehand

Very nice hotel, in a quiet place. there is Westlield shopping center at a walking distance where you can eat, go to the cinema and buy anything you need for a wonderful break

Great place, local to everything
It’s even a nice touch that the hotel staff are so keen to see you, they let themselves in into your room when you least expect it!

The place is BIG and near to the Theatre where i worked . The rooms spacious . I was impressed . But small things changed my point of view . The room was very hot - sun shining into it all day - and the AC not working as we were “ nearing winter time “ - unable to take a nap . The second day after breakfast i closed the thick curtains to keep the sun out while rehearsing , only to find them opened by room service after a rehearsal : another 30 degrees / Breakfast is luxuriously late until 11.00 a.m. but arriving at 9.30 , the yoghurt is gone , the bacon is gone and the omelet ( made of eggpowder ) gone . I said something about it and in due course things reappeared - 45 minutes later . The hotel has potential but is “ lazy “ . I would not return .

An amazing place but with a wrong service people and maintenance. Too much humidity and a lot of dark mark in bathroom and walls which is not acceptable. I have missed my breakfast in the morning for not having a right information the day before before checking in so Iam so annoying! Coming to a hotel no breakfast. I will come back once again and see if there is improvements

Un sur matelas trop court de 20cm en tête et pieds de lit rend la nuit tres inconfortable.
Rideau occultant trop court.
Moquettes des communs et chambre tachée.
Apres le reste ok frigo vaisselle et douche siphon (ca n a pas toujours été le cas)
Au check out, on me reclame de nouveau la taxe de sejour alors que payee la veille. La receptionniste est ok pour que je parte sans la repayer mais pas possible d avoir ma facture. Dois avoir l aval de sa responsable pour me l envoyer par mail.A ce jour, toujours pas eu la facture de ma taxe de sejour comme convenu ...
Le personnel est quand même accueillant.
