Hotel Aldebaran

I was 4 days with my husband in this hotel. So the holiday also went pretty well even though we had an unrestricted room (a part of the hotel was). There was a curtain that was supposed to be blackout but unfortunately it wasn't, we woke up at dawn! We had half board, simple but good breakfast. The quality of the dinner was not bad, but the fact of having the single dish did not make us crazy. But let's get to the sore points, the tree has a private parking lot right in front, it has payment during the most popular months. Well at our departure we found the surprise of the car marked, pointed out the girl kindly went out to look and took the photos, and since the camera was right above our car she said they were viewing the videos, just to understand! After 4 days of our arrival we are told that the camera does not see anything they questioned that it was done there and in addition we realized that there is a blow on the hood as if a balloon had fallen (since above there are balconies). Now I understand that here is the people and their education, but the hotel has washed their hands, it is not done !! So he sure lost a customer and I probably won't recommend him! A drop in the ocean maybe ... but .....

Hotel in very bad condition as the bathroom has a very strong smell of sewage.I have just been with my girlfriend.in reception poor assistance on arrival with rude receptionists without any assistance

I decide in the morning to leave for the sea. I find on booking 1 night for 2 people 47 euros. I call instead to book because I was undecided whether to stay 1 night or two. They reply that it was useless to book that that phone call was enough and I could decide the following day. I state that on the site of the hotel Aldebaran in jesolo c it is written in large letters: after you have viewed our structure on booking call us so we will save and you will save! Already this .... Anyway .... I arrive and pay the agreed price for 1 day without any discount between booking or not. Already in the evening I say that I would have stayed. So another 47 euros. Instead ... the next morning, on balance .... they tell me that Saturday is increased! I had found another accommodation but the crash for a day would have made me even more nervous. The coalition is not bad The rooms on the first floor must have been renovated. On the second floor they are dated. The sink leaked the shower has ip drapes. When booking I asked for a room with a balcony to let the dog sleep. Compared to the others ..... I had a large balcony about 90x 120. Basically there were two people standing !!! A hole!

renovated or new hotel, well-kept, and very clean, you eat well, excellent breakfast, take the tiramisu with zabaglione mmmmhhhh book and you will be satisfied, everything in the standard, very clean and fragrant rooms

the "room" is a small and claustrophobic ba*****t with a sloping roof. some rooms do not have a window, the velux in the roof is cracked and blocked so there is no ventilation. no table, no minibar, at night the nozzle of the fire extinguishing system lights up green like stroboscopic light exactly above the bed where you sleep. the bathroom is a narrow corridor, with a sloping ceiling, I am 157 cm tall (therefore low) and I guarantee you that you hit your head on the ceiling when you get up from the toilet. no bidet, no window in the bathroom and an old neon ceiling light as lighting. no shower tray nor edge nor walls, when you open the shower water the bathroom gets flooded because the shower drain is on the uneven floor. if you fall the hair dryer on the floor you already know that you will get a shock. in the bathroom no windows, no bidet, and no door, there is only a sliding curtain that acts as a door, so, in case you were a couple, I let you imagine the noises and the smell when you poo ... distracted staff and not able to solve problems. the only really helpful and kind are the cleaning ladies.

Stanze nuove cibo molto buono. Abbiamo trovato dei piccoli problemi ma lo staff sia della l'albergo che del ristorante li hanno risolti con molta professionalità. Do un 10 alla pulizia e al servizio ristorante e colazione.

Nulla da dire su struttura e camera, pulita e moderna (disponeva anche di una tv con possibilità di vedere Netflix e altro). Abbiamo soggiornato con formula pensione completa e come colazione si potrebbe fare di meglio ma nel complesso è ok e diciamo che può soddisfare abbastanza. Purtroppo c’è da aprire un capitolo a parte su pranzo e cena in quanto l’hotel è “convenzionato” con il ristorante adiacente e qui mi dispiace ma non ci siamo proprio: per chi soggiorna nell’hotel vi è un menu diverso rispetto ai clienti del solo ristorante. Un menu ristretto e uguale sempre tutti i gg dove si hanno 4/5 primi, 4/5 secondi e 3/4 contorni oppure come alternativa la pizza. Ne eravamo pieni noi con un soggiorno di 3 gg, Si capisce bene che per chi sceglie un soggiorno di una settimana o più fa un po’ scappare la voglia di stare lì, dovendo mangiare sempre le stesse cose. Inoltre, per la loro politica, primo e secondo vengono serviti nello stesso piatto, quindi per esempio pasta Al ragù nello stesso piatto con prosciutto e melone! Se decideste di prendere pasta e la simil entrecote di manzo dal menu, ovviamente servite insieme, ora di mangiare quest’ultima potrebbe essere usata come arma di difesa perché una volta fredda è una sola di scarpa. Direi che anche la qualità è media, per essere generosi. I condimenti della pasta sembrano palesemente sughi già pronti e la carne sembra palesemente congelata. In sostanza esperienza hotel buona, esperienza ristorante assolutamente no. Consiglio di non usufruire di pensione completa anche perché ci sembra di aver speso uno sproposito per lo scarso servizio ricevuto.

La classica location "tanto fumo e niente arrosto" con la tipica pizza da rifilare (purtroppo per loro) ai turisti: una "pizza" a dir poco scadente, al limite del commestibile. Spero che questa recensione incentivi il titolare ad intervenire al più presto.

Siamo un gruppo di amici composto da 7 persone compreso di 3 ragazzi adolescenti. Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti. Abbiamo trovato un hotel con personale veramente gentile e cortese, le stanze se pur nell' ala non ristrutturata erano pulite cosa non proprio così scontata, abbiamo usato la formula colazione e cena. La colazione al mattino molto varia e con prodotti buoni sempre prontamente rifornita, abbiamo avuto anche un aperitivo di benvenuto per aver fatto la prenotazione on line, la cena ottima e abbondante con un primo un secondo contorno e dessert ( bevande non comprese) lettini e ombrelloni compresi nel prezzo. La spiaggia vivissima e ben servita. Peccato i pochi GG a disposizione ma sicuramente da riprovare. Grazie mille ancora a tutto il personale e davvero complimenti. Nadia e Lucia
