Great service, breakfast has good options, clean and quiet.

Great location to visit historic sites in Liberty and Independence. Lots of places to eat and gas up the car nearby. Staff was very friendly.

I love this hotel. Clean+comfortable: everything I need and nothing I don’t. I always book here coming through St. Louis.

Our first room had bed bugs. Found 3 actively crawling on one bed. Staff moved us to a different room but told me they were probably stink bugs or an oak mite. It WAS bed bugs

Several "little" things piled up to make this a "last time we're staying here" experience. 1) The first room we were given had not been cleaned (the bed wasn't even made). 2) Our queen-size bed was actually a full-size mattress on a queen-size frame. 3) While the apparatus for making waffles was present, there was no batter available; also, no fruit (apple/banana) 4) And the real kicker was that no one on the staff ever said the simple words "I apologize, let me fix this for you." (Even in the midst of finding a room that HAD been prepared, not a word of apology or explanation.)

Made me pay cash. They said credit card reader wasn't working and that I got a email which I didn't. Often times no one at the desk. I've stayed here 2 other times and it was great!

The property was well maintained with helpful and attentive front desk staff. Getting to the property was inconvenient due to construction on the main road

Nice room, breakfast disappointing Our room was clean and comfortable. When we checked in staff said breakfast was served 6:30-9:30. At 8:45 the next morning, what we found to be true is that breakfast is put out at 6:30 and will be cleaned up at 9:30. When the food is gone, it is not replenished as explained by the staff.
