The breakfast was awkward. The set up was hard to see what was available and by the time you got it on your plate, it was cold. Better to have it in warming trays to make it easier to see and warmer.

Huge shout-out to Tanner! Even though I didn't eat breakfast, his enthusiasm and energy were contagious and made my day. He was just as wonderful with all the other guests, too. Also, a big thank you to the team for helping me track down my forgotten AirPods and sending me the link to ship them home. Helpful, energetic, and kind staff!

All of the above! Rooms were spotless, amenities were as advertised and employees were friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were clean and smelled nice! The lady at the front desk was cheerful and super nice and welcoming also. The location felt safe. Sidenote... the pool was closing the day after our stay. This didn't affect us but I do hope they let people know before their stay that it's closed while it's getting an upgrade.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Traveled 9+ hours was so excited to sleep. Pulled back the sheets to finally get in bed and there was blood stains and so much hair all in the sheets very clear they were not changed from previous guests. Requested the sheets be changed. They acted inconvenienced and refused. Saying we could switch rooms instead so had to repack everything up and move to a new room SAME THING in next room even dirtier sheets. Switched us to a third room and again disgusting! No apologies for the inconvenience. Finally they agreed to change sheets in original room and took 30+ minutes once they came up to change out bedding that should take 5 minutes. Called manager next day and he was even more rude. Never once apologized for it. So unacceptable and absolutely disgusting!

Hotel was very nice! Our family of 6 stayed for a night after our time at Monster Jam! We had a suite with 2 Queen beds and a couch that pulled out into a beds. The beds were the wost part of a stay. They were just simply hard and so comfortable. My husband and I were up all night because of how bad they were. Other than that, we would choose to stay here again.

The room was clean and I didn’t hear much noise, even though I was next to the elevator.

The room has a lot of space and was very clean. Good price as well. Definitely will book again
