Sleep Inn & Suites Indoor Waterpark

Worst trip I have ever experienced. Room had dirty towels had to call 3 times to get new ones then we had a late check in so we planned to play in the water park the following day after we arrived only to find out that after check out you have to leave which only allowed my daughter an hour to play before they told me I needed to leave the property even though the staff that was here this morning told me we could be here for the day.

food was great rooms where awesome an the kids loved the waterpark my family and I have stayed before an the customer service an overall stay every time was magnificent I give it a 10 out of 10

Our room air conditioner was broken but they quickly changed our room. Breakfast was good. Hot tub was broken so that was a bummer. Room was clean.

I booked this hotel specifically for the water slide and the hot tub for my elderly parents bad backs. The water slide worked for about 15 minutes then it broke. The hot tub was down my whole stay. I bought 2 rooms and in both rooms the shower didn't get hot. The vending machine didnt work properly. The only great thing I found at my stay was the nice man that made the breakfast he was friendly, understanding and made me feel comfortable. Overall I'm disappointed with my stay

We had a nice time, breakfast was decent. Staff was really helpful. Good place to stay if rowdiness doesn’t bother u.

The staff and everything was excellent, but unfortunately, we were not aware that the hot tub was broken until we got there and it was broken for both days and I even tried to do my ******* Insurance file a claim but it wouldn’t let me do that. Staff could’ve tried to make it right, but unfortunately, since we went through, ******* wouldn’t help at all and they couldn’t fix anything because it didn’t work, but we loved the shampoo and conditioner and stuff the pillows were soft everything was clean, and the staff was amazing. Although the second day Saturday the water was cold.

Hot tub didn’t work. Room clean. Bathroom and pool pretty gross. Slide needs attention soon. Bad spot hurting kids.Friendly helpful staff but they definitely needed more help.

Bedding felt like it had not been washed and there were cracker crumbs in the pull out bed very disappointing .. the man that checked us in was very nice and helpful

Clean rooms! Elevator could use a tune up and could use a mat for all of the water that is on the floor from everyone coming from the pool
