The room was very nice, with a lake view. When checking in, the front desk clerks Xiao Duan and Xiao Zhang provided very good service. When we arrived, the room was not cleaned, so we upgraded the room for free. The service attitude was very good. When we checked out, the front desk also gave us a souvenir. The location is very good! Just at the south end of the north-south pedestrian street of the ancient city. Come here during the Spring Festival, I encountered traffic control before entering the ancient city, and I gave it to the hotel order. The parking spaces around the hotel are all full, and parking here is a bit inconvenient.
The hotel's door face is full of flowers and has a high recognition. The front desk sent a double ticket for Gion, the District Commission, and Qixianxuan, and also sent two drinks. The service was very intimate.
The lobby is the lobby bar, there are dining rooms on both sides, and the guest rooms are in. You have to swipe your card to enter, and there is a small indoor courtyard.
The room was quiet at night, the bed was comfortable, the lighting was soft, and the electric curtains were electric. The bathroom Dyson hair dryer, the stone was a bit mottled, the radiator paint peeled off, and the floor was not cleaned.

NNa Na I booked it in advance with Ctrip, and I paid a 200 yuan deposit at the store. The room was quite big, with a complete set of sofas and stools. Four or five people could sit in the room. Let me talk about the service. It was around 10 pm. I wanted to blow dry my hair after taking a shower. It was less than two seconds after I plugged it in, and the hair dryer stopped working. It should be overheat protection, but I had just turned it on for less than two seconds. I contacted the front desk, and the staff took it away and said they would see if they would replace it. It took about 20 minutes in total. When they brought it back, they told me that it was working. If it was too hot, I could take off the front hair dryer head. Then I plugged it in, and it stopped working again after two seconds. I took the hair dryer to the front desk, and the staff who had just taken the hair dryer tried it and said that there was no way, the room was full, there were no extra hair dryers, and then there was no more. He kept talking to himself and said that there was no way. There was no apology or solution during the whole process. When I got angry, another staff contacted a hair dryer and sent it to the room. I was speechless. Such a big hotel didn't even have a spare hair dryer. Faced with such an emergency, this was the way to deal with it. It's the first time I've encountered such a situation after booking hotels with Ctrip for so long. The last picture is the faucet in our room. The scale must have not been cleaned for a long time. Finally, I would like to ask, when I booked, Ctrip provided a service to upgrade the room, but I did not enjoy it when I arrived at the hotel. I don’t know if it is a problem of the hotel or Ctrip. In short, I am not satisfied with this stay.

GGuest UserLinqing is not a big place, so I don’t think it’s inconvenient to live here. There is a shopping mall downstairs with food, the surrounding environment is very good, the main room is good, the floor-to-ceiling windows are transparent, dogs can be brought, there is a microwave and a small refrigerator , there is also capsule coffee, and the water provided by Jingtian can be put underground when driving. There are two restaurants. I really recommend this place if you want to live in Laqing! It’s easy to go anywhere and there are many electric bikes. Generally speaking, I think the one in Linqing is better than the one in Liaocheng!
