酒店整體環境很好，外立面與古城整體風貌協調統一，內部裝飾大氣，客房內設施完善品質較高，沐浴耗材為菲拉格慕產品（圖6）衞浴潔具為科勒產品（圖7），吹風機為徠芬（圖8）。酒店早餐廳位於一樓，與甜品店相鄰，有四種套餐可選（圖9至圖12），味道很好。

這次入住很滿意，是會推薦給朋友的程度。酒店位置在市中心，出門找吃的、打車都很方便，省去不少麻煩。房間打掃得很乾凈，沒有異味，床的軟硬適中，睡了兩晚都很踏實。工作人員態度親切，問路線、借充電器都回復得及時，整體體驗很舒服。

酒店位置很棒，就在北城門旁邊，出門就是東昌湖，離光岳樓不遠，旁邊就是熱鬧商業街，鬧中取靜，夜裡很安靜，前台幾位小姐不錯，有求必應，房間很大，套房動靜分離，洗浴用品都是品牌，吹風機也很好，酒店房間不多，人員不雜亂！早餐是套餐送到房間，吃了當地特色早餐

酒店位置在古城的北門，真是位置絕佳，距離聊城市鐵塔文化博物館、護國隆興寺、摩天輪、中國運河文化博物館、山陝會館都非常近，開車10分鐘都能到。古城和光岳樓步行就可以到達。周邊也很多值得一試的餐飲。酒店自己有小型停車場，住宿客人停車方便。免費升級了loft房，更大的床，住的更舒服。特別貼心的是，訂的房間含2份早餐，看到是一家三口，主動提供加一份主食，一家人吃的又飽又好。工作人員都很熱情，有問題及時溝通處理，下次來聊城還會選擇這裏。特別提示，酒店2層，沒有電梯，但是服務人員會幫忙拿行李。
