Service: We were very satisfied with the hotel's service. They proactively communicated with us beforehand about our needs. Upon arrival, because we had an elderly member with mobility issues, they proactively informed us of the balcony safety precautions, helped with our luggage, and escorted it to the hotel staff. We booked a sea-view room, which wasn't large but was clean and tidy. The view from the window was beautiful, and we could even watch the sunrise! In the evening, they even gave us handmade milk tea and Mid-Autumn Festival mooncakes – a thoughtful touch. With the hotel's excellent location and attentive service, we'll definitely stay here again next time!

We'd definitely give an even higher rating if we could! The value for money here is outstanding! The service is exceptionally good, from the front desk to the concierge and the housekeeping staff. They even wiped down our car in the parking lot and helped with our luggage. They were very generous with drinks and bottled water. The breakfast was plentiful and featured local specialties. If we didn't have other commitments, we would have loved to stay several more nights! The hygiene was impeccable, the shower water was great, and it's very close to the beach. A truly wonderful hotel!

Chucky and Enya, the staff members, were patient and responsive to our needs. The hotel environment was elegant, providing a great atmosphere for relaxation. The surrounding area offers convenient access to transportation. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay, definitely worth coming back to!

My stay at Haixingwan Hotel during this Lianyungang trip exceeded my expectations! It's located on Zhuhai Road in Lianyun District, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area. The hotel is close to Seagull Square and Huxin Island, providing an excellent environment. The front desk staff, Mengmeng and Ruirui, were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic, recommending some great local attractions. I was very impressed, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

First of all, the hotel has a beautiful environment. It covers a large area, the lobby is spacious, the room area is ample, and the environment is quiet. Open the window to enjoy the scenery, the lush scenery in front of you, the birds and insects are chirping, and you can also enjoy the peacocks while eating in the restaurant, which makes people feel very comfortable and cozy. Second, the service is warm and thoughtful. Check in and help with luggage enthusiastically; not only upgraded the room type for free, but also tried to arrange it nearby for our three families; every day, yogurt and small biscuits are given intimately; the restaurant staff are very enthusiastic, and Fang Fangyuan and Cao Qin are praised by name; one night, I ordered takeout and found that there were not enough chopsticks. I asked the restaurant for help and gave disposable chopsticks and vinegar very readily; the uncle at the swimming pool was also very enthusiastic to provide various help. Third, the hotel facilities are complete. The bedding in the room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom area is sufficient, and a long clothesline is set up in a particularly humane way. The curtains, TV lights, and Xiaodu can be used in the room. There is also a swimming pool and gym on the first floor. Although there are only two or three children in the swimming pool, there are also lifeguards who are conscientiously guarding, and the restaurant food is delicious. If there is any shortcoming, it should be that the hotel is far from the city center. If you want to order takeout, it takes an average of one hour. In short, I am very satisfied with this hotel and give it 5 stars.

This stay at the Seaside Conference Center was beyond my expectations! The guest rooms face the magnificent sea view, and the floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to see the blue sea and blue sky.
