Sofitel Hotel (Lianyungang Suning) Reviews

I've passed through Lianyungang several times, and this time I stayed at the Sofitel. The room facilities were excellent, it was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was delightful. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The underground parking was a bit cramped though.

Sofitel Lianyungang Suning is in an excellent location, right in the city center and next to Suning Plaza, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean and tidy, with a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window offering expansive city views. The bedding was comfortable. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and responsive. Overall, a very satisfying experience. I'll definitely stay here again!

Booked an executive room, got upgraded to a deluxe suite, both the space and the view were satisfying. Had afternoon tea at the executive lounge once; the desserts were pretty good, overlooking Haizhou District from the 41st floor. Also tried the buffet dinner once; it was generally average, nothing particularly outstanding. The room itself didn't feel old, and the facilities were well-maintained. Overall, a positive review. Will consider staying here again next time I visit Lianyungang.

The hotel is right next to Suning Plaza, and there's a Hema Fresh downstairs, so it's very lively. There are also many restaurants nearby, especially seafood places, which is super convenient. The room was spacious and very clean.

Nice starting point for exploring the city. Downstairs, there's a nice big mall with various shopping and food choices. The hotel has a nice swimming pool. High floors offer a good overview of the city.

Facilities: Traveling with a baby, they provided a crib which was very convenient. Service: The hotel staff were all very nice and even gave us small Lianyungang souvenirs. Environment: There's a mall downstairs, so ordering takeout and eating out is very convenient. Next time I come to Lianyungang, I'll choose this place again.

They upgraded me to an executive king room for free, and the staff were all smiles throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. At check-out, I received a Journey to the West-themed souvenir with the four masters and disciples, which perfectly made up for not visiting Huaguo Mountain. The attention to detail really made my day, highly recommend!

The views are great, with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The front desk service was pretty good too. Downstairs is the Suning.com Plaza, making shopping, strolling, and dining incredibly convenient. The pedestrian street and food street are also a short walk away. My favorite is the roasted lamb shank at the food street; I make sure to have one every time I visit.

Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and have all the basic amenities. Hygiene: It was quite clean. Environment: The environment was very quiet. We stayed on the 40th floor, so there was almost no noise. Service: The service attitude was good. My only complaint is that the drinks in the mini-bar were extra charged. They could have offered some cheaper drinks for free instead.

The lady at the front desk was very professional and friendly. She upgraded our room and gave us complimentary meals, and we also enjoyed a delicious buffet. The room had a great view from a high floor and was very clean. There's also a swimming pool open from early morning until 10 PM. You can change in your room and take the elevator directly downstairs for a free workout, which is really nice. The only downside was that the windows couldn't be opened, and the air conditioning's fresh air system wasn't ideal, making the room feel a bit stuffy. However, the concierge said that if we call ahead to communicate our check-in time, they can arrange for an air purifier to be in the room beforehand, which would make it much more comfortable. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

Every time I drive through this city on my way back home, I make sure to stay a night at this hotel. The buffet is absolutely delicious, the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming, and the rooms are spotless. My kids love it too!

The location is very convenient, the hotel environment is excellent, and the service is also great. It's perfect for both travel and business trips.
