優點: 飯店位置好，周邊有菜市場，Ktv,東北特色餐廳，前台服務熱情、早餐也還不錯，電梯寬敞，停車場也大，客房面積夠大，五一假期性價比很高，客房設施給5星好評，唯一意見就是熱水温度不夠，床品也很舒適。給管理層建議: 退房前台最好能提醒一下賓客是否需要免費停車，2日上午離店時門口保安沒有給予相關服務協助，讓賓客不開心的離店，可惜了。

房間和衞生間都很乾凈，也很寬敞舒適，特別表揚一下前台的邱雅羚，我定的是兩張床的標間，她看我們是一家四口，主動給我們換成一個3米的大床房，對於兩個娃的家庭這種房型真的是太棒了，不用擔心孩子掉下床，早餐中規中矩，但是該有的都有，小孩子吃的是完全可以滿足，非常棒，會推薦身邊的親友來這裏住

1.設施還不錯，衞生間單獨再隔斷就更好
2.服務人員挺好的，響應速度快，比較純樸
3.本次福建行唯一一家對小朋友收取早餐費的酒店，不是説酒店亂收費，衹是有了比較，所以沒有打高分。
4.酒店自帶餐飲服務，遇到有些客人喝酒喝的比較盡興的。
總之，連江縣的旅遊資源還是被低估的，值得細細品味，附近餐飲性價比高，比如醉得意。

春節自駕出遊，第一站選在福州連江，白天去了奇達村，爬了旗冠頂，晚上入住市中心的世紀鴻騰大酒店，附近有購物中心，吃飯很方便。酒店有免費停車，客房乾淨整潔，空間寬裕，早餐尚可，味道和服務都比前一晚入住的維也納好很多

酒店確認訂單很快，入住率不高，沒見到幾個工作人員，服務人員沒有任何禮貌用語，前台沒有專業培訓，打手機直接來一句今天還住嗎？房間挺大，有點乾燥，打電話問前台有沒有加濕器，直接來句沒有，還直接反問一句現在有什麼訴求，衹能讓送個可以裝水的容器來，緩解一下。早餐湊合吧，沒太多花樣，但是還是有得選擇。還有蘋果耳機掉房間了，打前台電話，説給找找聯繫我，我沒聯繫。
