But after checking in, I still found that the room service couldn't keep up a few times, so I didn't give it five stars. Facilities: The room is really small, the sink is right at the door of the room, and the whole family washes and washes at the door. The air conditioner cannot be turned on. Once the room card is inserted, it will be heated. If it is replaced with cooling, there will be no response. The air conditioner will be turned off directly, or it will be too hot. Service: Room service is very slow, and it takes an hour or two to deliver something. The business of the hotel is good, and it is understandable that there are many people, but the delivery is very fast the next day! Let the robot deliver, convenient and fast. That means it's not impossible. Then there are not many quilts, and I don't want to add an extra bed. The advantage is that the breakfast is rich in variety, the waiter in the restaurant is very good, the TV in the room is very large, and a welcome fruit is sent every day. Next to the hotel are Jiangjunli and Wanda. It is convenient to buy food and order takeaway. It is suitable for a business trip or a couple, but it is not suitable for parents and children.

The hotel facilities are good. The room with the lake view is very quiet. The lobby manager Zhang Xueping is very friendly and helpful. I will choose this hotel next time I travel.

Staying at Mercure during the Spring Festival, the price of each hotel in Xichang almost doubled during the Spring Festival. Considering that I will go out for a walk during the day and don’t spend much time in the hotel, I gave up the high-priced resort hotels and chose Mercure, which is more cost-effective. Book more than two weeks in advance, the room fee is more than 700 a night, the overall experience is good. Although there were a lot of guests during the Spring Festival, the lobby and hotel were clean and orderly, and the attitude of the staff was very good. They also provided free breakfast and a concierge to help with luggage. Although the bathroom in the guest room is not big, it is separated from wet and dry. The windows are not too big, but there is also a small view. The transportation of the hotel is relatively convenient. It belongs to the middle area between Qionghai and the ancient city of Jianchang. It will not take too long to go to Qionghai during the day and go to the ancient city at night. It is equipped with a small gym and a laundry room, which can basically meet the needs of travel. Special thanks to Lai Fen and Yu Huan who helped with check-in and check-out, for their considerate service. The only downside may be that the hotel's sound insulation is not very good. You can hear the door opening and closing of the rooms or when there are children playing in the corridor. There is still no problem with the sound insulation between the rooms. From the perspective of cost performance and total price control during the peak period, I am quite satisfied with this choice~
