The staff did not fix the problems. We had to deactivate the fire alarm under the instructions of the staff since they were smoking ********* in a room. If we don't deactivate it, we would have to wait about two hours until the firefighters came, according to what they told us. Someone should have come and not us have that responsibility. Afterwards, there was a strong smell of ********* in the accommodation and neither did anything from those responsible for the accommodation. All night with noises, shouts, music, the same people continually going up and down the stairs. We notified the staff, we are still waiting for the answer. Finally at 5 am, they began to hit three more windows in the room strongly and tried to open them, we tried again to communicate with the staff but this time without success. We had to call the police to try to fix it. It was impossible to rest. We claim through Booking the total amount of the stay. Booking from the beginning did not provide any solution in this regard either, it only transmitted the message to the accommodation. The accommodation offered us a refund for a single night but if we removed all the comments they refunded us in full. We decided that we would not remove any comments, we communicated it to Booking, and the accommodation finally did not refund us anything. It was all blackmail, if we accepted the full refund it was as if nothing had happened since they would cancel the reservation. So be very careful if you stay in any of their accommodations.

Propre, bonne situation pres de centre, bon prix, facile a trouver, parking pas loin. Juste un peu complique pour recevoire le code pour la cle.
