每次出差都住這裏，乾淨，方便，周邊吃喝玩樂都有！帶娃首選，萬達就在旁邊，客房服務也很好，停車方便！

帶着媽媽來樂山玩兒住的泥朵，第二天的高鐵行李沒地方放，小姐姐特別好，給我們延時到我們玩兒完再來取行李，感謝感謝，住的地方挺乾淨，晚上休息的也挺好，滿意

體驗感很差，不推薦入住。具體內容如下：
【入住流程】：網上購買之後沒有人主動聯繫你，等到酒店門口了打電話才告知要添加微信發入住訊息，建議老闆可以提前聯繫顧客告知入住流程，不然到了都半夜了，對顧客體感不是很好
【酒店衞生】：第一個房間煙灰缸裏和床底下都有煙頭，聯繫到老闆幫我們換了第二個房間。
第二個房間馬桶沒打掃乾淨、洗漱台沒打掃乾淨、浴室瓷磚和牆面老化，有黃色污垢。洗澡水會溢出來，地面上都是水，第二天早上也沒有幹具體看圖片
【酒店環境】房間臨街的，隔音巨差，能夠很清晰的聽到樓道里路人的説話聲和馬路上過往的車流和鳴笛聲音。一晚上都沒休息好，要不是半夜了真想換一家……

酒店在樂山萬達對面，可以去萬達逛逛吃飯。萬達外面有很多小吃車，趙鴨子，有一家朱八戒缽缽雞挺好吃。到了房間打開門就是香香的氣味（好喜歡）。床很軟，熱水很舒服沐浴露是玫瑰香很好聞。唯一有點不好的就是空調有點吵。

這輩子沒住過這麼令人無語的酒店，快200的房間，要空調沒空調，要熱水沒熱水，空調開着温度調到最高跟沒開沒什麼區別，熱水洗着洗着洗了十多分鐘就斷熱水，身上的泡都還沒沖乾淨就斷熱水，死活放不出來熱水，問客服説要隔半個多小時才能重新放出熱水，建議洗一次澡分兩次呢，衹會抱歉，態度極其惡劣，衹會複製粘貼和噁心人，絲毫不解決問題毫無歉意。而且房間臨街吵得要命，絲毫不隔音，樓下的車聲聽得一清二楚，房間燈光設計的極其離譜，不想説什麼了，這輩子沒住過這麼**的酒店，想要住的考慮清楚，別怪我沒提醒你們，酒店沒前台，什麼問題也解決不了，問問題衹會發**微笑表情噁心人，垃圾中的垃圾

凌晨五點預訂的房間 入住前給我打電話讓我加微信自助辦理入住的時候問能不能延遲退房 因為已經快第二天早上了 睡都睡不了多久 給我説最多延遲到兩點 快六點住進去後沒睡好久 八九點隔壁就開始裝修 一直咚咚咚的 快十一點的時候服務員就着急忙慌來喊我退房了 聊天記錄如下 兩點零二馬上就來發消息 那個時候正在收拾沒回消息 馬上就給我鍾個電話過來催到退房 真的沒見哪個好一點的酒店是這樣的 其實房間還可以的 酒店格局小了 你這樣做的是一次性顧客吧

在萬達廣場，位置非常方便，吃東西購物都很方便！酒店非常新，服務業很到位！第一次辦理入住的房間空調不是很熱，跟客服溝通以後，馬上安排給協調換了房間，客服小姐姐很有耐心！
房間屬於無接觸式辦理，直接密碼入住，因為臨時原因多住一晚，密碼重新更換，原來還擔心不安全，一客一密碼，非常安心。下次還會來這裏住
