The hotel was near the station, 5 minutes in a taxi. Another 20 mins to get to the big Buddha. We didn't explore Leshan much due to time but there where plenty of places to eat, buy supplies near by.
The pool was shut due to water works going on. The gym was quiet with a lot of equipment.
Breakfast was fine: pastries, yogurt, cereal, bacon, sausage, eggs - the usual.
No towels left in the room but service was friendly and they sorted that quickly.
Overall, a decent place to stay.

酒店超出預期，大堂敞亮，房間舒適，服務貼心（有準備小禮物，還有小朋友的洗漱用品），工作人員小龐也很熱情，有提前打電話溝通安排。另外，早餐很豐富，對喜歡吃酒店自助的小朋友來説，也是一件開心的事！總之，就這個價位來講，我覺得物超所值！

房間不錯，因為帶着大兒子就加了床。酒店早餐很棒，可惜我沒吃，父子倆大加讚賞，最驚喜的是酒店竟然有籃球場，兒子開心的不得了，吃多了剛好去運動一下，唯一不足就是衞生間污水管聲音太大，關上門好一些，酒店説會去查看改進

帶着孩子暑期遊，專門挑選了這家帶泳池的新酒店。 媽呀！ 去了嚇一跳，酒店泳池外包給某健身房，裏面居然還在上游泳課，這畫面還真是第一次見。失望而歸，不可思議。

酒店行政酒廊的Lynn，大廳接待Blue，客房部的丁艷，還有餐廳的Nico都很友善專業。
酒店設施在樂山應該是不錯的，不過與常規五星飯店標準比會有差距。總之，去樂山市內住，華邑酒店是首選。

去到之後不管是坐的士還是打滴滴，都説是樂山最好的酒店，但是真的讓人很失望，酒店的管理配不上這麼好的評價。我們晚上9點多出門，吃完宵夜回來1點多，回來的時候酒店房門是大大的敞開的，致電給前台，前台説要查監控，第二天一早會給答覆，結果到我們退房了，完全沒有人把這件事當回事。現代人出門已經不會帶現金，雖然沒有錢財的損失，但是大門敞開的這段時間，誰也不知道誰進入了我們的房間做了些什麼。酒店的管理是非常讓人失望的。
另外，作為一間快800房費一晚的酒店，配套的東西也確實較落後，窗簾是手動的，馬桶連一次性坐墊都沒有準備（相當價格的其他酒店配備的還是智能馬桶）
作為一個遊客，樂山到處都有好吃的，樂山人也是非常熱情好客，有機會肯定還會再來，但是不會再考慮入住這裏。

一共定了兩間房，父母住的行政標間，我們自己住的大床行政，父母那間由於是吸煙房，被安排在了19樓，和新裝修的16樓設施差別很大，反饋給工作人員後，工作人員一直幫忙調度，認真想辦法幫助解決。早餐也很不錯，種類齊全、味道好吃，服務人員超級貼心，並且入場後會仔細詢問需要的飲品並主動送至座位。
給服務人員、工作人員點贊！設施裝修一般，但是服務態度絕對超五星！
