Fairly well-equipped studios, family swimming pool, correct set... but it depends on the rooms... so beware! Especially since we take a deposit of 300 euros (even if you only stay one night) WITHOUT an incoming or outgoing inventory. Declare therefore upon your arrival any imperfection at the reception so that you can recover your deposit. We also don't like the group of cleaning staff who, in the morning, carry on a conversation, chatter in the corridors and clutter them. The cleaning trolleys we accept of course, but when you see the cleanliness of certain rooms, you understand that it was more interesting to chat than to pass the broom.

What makes this place special are the people. Yes, it is modern, tastefully designed and immaculate with great access to public transport and a couple of local treasures, the front desk with Tata, Tania and Sujata, complete with broad smiles and great local knowledge are a compliment to manager Emmanuel and Mr Fixit, Julian.

We have spent one night in this hotel a few kilometers from the center of Aix en Provence. The check in was quick and smooth and our room spacious and fairly clean. It was a pleasure to enjoy the swimming pool on a hot day like the one we had. It was a good stay and very good value for money considering the high prices in high season.

My partner and I are staying in this hotel tonight (17Sep) The good. New hotel, feels clean and fresh. Nice airy lobby / reception area. Small pool but clean and inviting. Really friendly staff, I’ve asked for slippers and bucket of ice, delivered to our room within minutes with a smile. Thank you🌸 Underground car park, very convenient, but expensive. Bad: Our room ( no 814) has a very strange layout. The bathroom is “split” in half. Toilet is located separately by the door and the other “part of the bathroom” sink and shower is located on the other side of the room. Separate toilet has NO sink, so every time we use toilet we have to walk to the other side of the room to wash hands - unpractical, illogical and dead annoying. Very limited room service menu, very few dishes, no wine, no champi. The area - really dirty, rubbish on the street, noise from nearby apartment blocks. All in all - okay’ish for 1-2 nights not longer.

positive comments on everything, reception, site, beautiful visits to discover around, everything is made available to satisfy us, pétanque, swimming pool, washing machine and the apartment is nice. we will come back with pleasure.

Bonjour, Hôtel à fuite d'urgence qui ne mérite pas d'être étoile, l'établissement est vétéros moyens, nous avons réservé une chambre qui était normalement la plus haute en gamme au tarif le plus élevé 93.30€ pour une nuit. After crossing the entrance doors the room was flooded with water to the ground with a very glissing fat substance, and that was only the beginning, of spiders that decorate the walls, the dust in the entire room the sticks and the complaints go up, the mosquitoes in the entire room..., the sticks are cut by I don't know what to slice, the bed heads fall into lambs the tissues go up and let appear on the bed and l'es chevet des morceaux pleins de poussière, la propreté n'est vraiment pas suivie dans cette maison le ménage semble inexistant ainsi que l'hygiène. Really nice! I loved how you can have your own space by closing the curtain. The beds didn't make any noise or movements when you climb into the upper bed. Maybe a small improvement: sign for where the reception/checkin is or some arrows. Overall had a nice stay, very cozy place and clean and good working services
