We've been visiting Valmorel for the past nine years, and we'll most likely return next year. It feels like home—we know the slopes well, are familiar with many ESF instructors, and even occasionally reconnect with GMs we've met on previous trips. Thumbs up, Valmorel!

Wonderful place to spend the ski holidays: exclusive collection chalets are amazing and the access to the slopes is very easy. No queues and wonderful food and ambiance. Definitely recommend this place to the families!

beautiful week super welcome from the staff. I wanted to congratulate the Italian kitchen team Umberto with its delicious Giacomo soups with super good pasta Alessio for the top restaurant service super welcoming clean village. I wish you a good season and we will certainly return next year.

We had the most wonderful holiday ; all of our needs were catered for and all of the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is warm and comfortable and the food amazing . The skiing experience was brilliant for our family with a range of abilities.

We spent a week with my family. We were warmly welcomed at the Lodge. Amazing outstanding experience. Amazing location, very clean rooms. The staff from room cleaning to entertainment staff were very professionnal and service excellence oriented. We'd like to sincerely thank Maxime, Head of Club med, and all his team: - Antony 💕 - Vincent💕 - William ❤️ - Manon❤️ - Enzo 💕 - Vivien and Allan😍 - the wonderful Redah, Kevin , Romain💕 Sorry if we forgot some names... We have stayed at a few Club Meds but the food here was the best we have ever had. The rooms were great and we had a lovely little balcony off one of the rooms. The ski instructors were all brilliant and we had no issues with the language barrier as most could speak English. We were lucky enough to have many blue sky days so all in all it was brilliant.

That was my second trip to Valmorel and this year was great disappointment. Drastic decrase in quality and variety of food was way too obvious, unlike last year, almost evrey dish lacked flavor. It's a shame to eat poor quality cheeses and cold cuts while in France. No internet in the room- and I was supposed to have "premium". Practically no activites for kids. The whole atmosphere of holiday fun weizeled out. I don't think I will return again. The bright spot was our ski guide-Aurelien-grat guide and a wonderful human being!
