We have been sightseeing in the area and reserved this Melia with great expectations. I’m afraid Mr Escarrer would be a bit disappointed. On the plus side, the receptionists were really friendly and attentive, with the right helpful attitude. We could say the same about the staff in the cafeteria. The downside was the quality of the food in the cafeteria/bar/restaurant. Frozen chips in a Melia? The chicken fingers to pick at seemed to be a chicken escalope sliced and refried, making it dry and tasteless. Perhaps the menu ought to be relooked at because the premises are really nice. The room was fine although having to go to a vending machine in the lobby to get your minibar products kind of defeats the purpose of a minibar in the room. Breakfast was adequate although not what you expect from a hotel advertised as a Melia affiliate. All on all, a “pass” thanks to the staff.

Very unimpressed with this AC Marriott property. Arrived on a Friday after a very hard week. Staff has been very hands off. Bathroom is outdated and below par. The worst of the worst was no food service, no room service, and basically no service on the weekends. Their restaurant is closed Fri, Sat, and Sun. Very disappointing after walking all day and expecting to enjoy a nice evening in my room. I’d pass on this property and spend your euros elsewhere. Done with Marriott in Europe after a several bad stays.

I smell to smoke into the room!!!! I didn't offer any solution. I had to be 4 days of work and really not even if I wanted to put an ambient in the room for the hard smell of tobacco!! The Finn week told us the reception that the bar would not open, and put us as a solution at 8 p.m. when we went to the front hospital bar. The cleaning leaves much to desire and the gel of the bathroom and the gel of the hands put the same ( and boot half ....) Really bad experience! Without bad the rest of LEON is very nice .Thank you

stayed there with family for two nights, perfect location for strolling around the city and enjoying what Leon has to offer hotel has an interesting interior and has decent offering of food, as a tea drinker would prefer some better options at breakfast overall satisfied

I liked the location,in less than a quarter of an hour walking you reach any point of your interest, we have a very good rest. Quality/price of the very good room(that the cathedral is viewed from the window of the room to far ... was a plus We wanted to enjoy the city and from the hotel it was easy.

We had planned to stay with our pet the weekend that appeared rainy and unpleasant with a storm warning and finally we decided not to go mainly because of how uncomfortable and annoying the rain is for our little dog. Even though we notified them on the same day as our scheduled arrival, they were very kind and understood the circumstance and since they were able to occupy our room with other clients, they did not charge us the amount of the room, thus minimizing the disappoin**ent of not having been able to visit León. 100% friendliness at all times. On the other hand, at the time of the reservation they were already very efficient in offering us the parking reservation and the online check-in. It will definitely be our accommodation when we can go.

Hotel en pleno centro histórico de León a 5 min de la catedral, murallas romanas y zona de bares de la ciudad. Habitaciones súper cucas con un toque rural que me ha encantado , camas amplías y muy cómodas. Perfecto para qued**** unos días solo o en pareja. A beautiful and personal charming location. Decorated with great pleasure and class. Peace and tranquility flows from each corner. Clean and minimalist rooms, with fabulous cosy touch. Tight light and wood elements. All clean and new. The hotel is very comfortable and spacious, good rest guaranteed. Common areas with a lot of charm. Elegant restaurant and very good and fresh food. I'm noticed one of the pictures - they explained that it is painted with the ash of the chair by a local girl. Sublime! I hope to see more of her works in the León galleries! I definitely recommend the site to stop and unconnect.
