Hotel Lenzerhorn - Alpine Stay, Spa & Savour

In all regards, the hotel was outstanding. Classic Swiss hospitality made for a very snug and welcoming place to stay. Kudos to staff, all of whom were courteous and friendly. I would add that the negronis in La Perla were superb!

Truly magical experience! We stayed over the Christmas period in a family room. Attention and service of the staff was amazing - everyone genuinely warm, friendly and attentive. Hotel is in a great location and the room was spacious and comfortable. The kids loved the pool facilities that are shared with the neighbor hotel. Food was great, breakfast had a wide choice and the Christmas special menu was excellent . Great location for public transportation and everything close by for ski rentals, ice skating etc. The free horse sleigh ride was an unexpected beautiful experience. Thank you!

We simply went to this hotel for the fondue. The classic dish was served to perfection and was created at the table side. A little bit of theatre. It was worth the taxi ride from our hotel for the experience. Tania, our waitress and guide through the evening was amazing. Thank you for helping me to make retirement memories of the happiest kind.

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice.

We stayed there in the past with family and friends when we went skiing in Lenzerheide but will never stay there again. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone I know. There are much better options in the area with much better customer service.

We stayed at the Hotel Lenzerhorn for 2 nights  – the staff at Reception were very friendly and we felt very welcomed as guests. The location of the hotel is perfect. Our room was on the 3rd floor with a splendid view of the mountains. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with lots of local products, vegetarian options plus we ordered freshly prepared omelettes that were delicious. There is a Spa, which we didn't have time to use (next time) and an outdoor Jacuzzi that was a great place to relax. We parked our car in the underground garage and could recharge it. We plan to stay at the Hotel Lenzerhorn again in the summer.

Our second time in this hotel while on a ski holiday for a few days. The location is excellent, opposite the PostBus station. There are several in-house options for meals, and a good wellness centre with pools, jacuzzi, saunas, etc. A great asset are the staff, most of whom are friendly, professional and informed. However, someone should train them to know that Irish visitors like their breakfast tea in a pot (not a glass) - after five days, we still had to get this changed every morning.

This property is a gem. And so is the staff. Anja at the front desk was so accomadating. With kids they gave us a cute room with enough space for 2 adults and and 2 kids. The only thing is they don't have AC which make sense with the weather there but gave us enough fans. The restaraunts here has the best view and the best food - Rosti, fondue and the breakfast were amazing! Cute little town and this was the perfect place to stay. We didn't end up using the swim/spa facilities.
