We loved how clean and easily accessible the hotel was to the town and the train. Prefect for a weekend get away to ski. I would skip the breakfast ( though the bread was great) and go to the Coop as we had a small kitchen in the room. Plus there are some nice cafe's in town for food or small treats in the morning. A bit of a walk to the ski lifts so I would take a bus or other shoes and change. Staff were nice. Would stay here again.

Niemand vor Ort. Die zwei Mitarbeiter die wir per Zufall antrafen konnten nicht Deutsch und hatten keine Ahnung, das haben sie auch direkt so gesagt. Niemand konnte uns sagen, wann das Frühstück stattfindet. Wir haben uns dann auf der Homepage informiert, dort stand ab 07.00h. Wir waren um 07.15h dort weil wir noch Termine hatten und es gab kein Frühstück. Ein unmotivierter unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter hat uns dann auf Englisch informiert dass es wohl erst ab 08.00h Frühstück gibt, aber er weiss es auch nicht. Wir mussten abreisen OHNE Frühstück. Verrechnet wurde uns aber der komplette Betrag. Wir konnten auch nicht im Hotel bezahlen, es war nie jemand da. Der Betrag wurde einfach von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Wir haben daraufhin das Hotel per Email kontaktier, auch nach 5 Tagen haben wir noch keine Antwort erhalten. Wir sind sehr unzufrieden!

Das Studio ( Annex) war super für mich und meine Tochter. Zentrale Lage. War alles an der Réception hinterlegt wenns Probleme gab war immer jemand erreichbar. Frühstück Top.

Hotel ist Tierfreundlich, zusätzlich 10.- für einen Hund.
Zimmer ist gross und sauber. Jedoch keine Schallisolation.
