I appreciate that the front desk officer (the young lady) was accommodating, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. However, the overall room experience was quite disappointing.
The air conditioner was very noisy and, despite running continuously, it couldn’t cool the room properly. The TV was not working, and there was no proper security door lock—only a simple door knob, which didn’t feel secure. They also did not provide tissue, which should be a basic amenity.
Additionally, the aisle was quite messy (makalat) and didn’t look well-maintained.
The staff was nice, but the facilities and cleanliness need serious improvement for a more comfortable and safe stay.

The place is quite, though a bit far from the city however I still enjoy with my stay because when I woke in the morning I went to the roof top and see the beauty of the Mt. Mayon. Just a suggestion please check the faucet in the bathroom and the toilet as well. And the Internet should be auto connect to the room of the guest.. Anyway, thanks for the staff accommodating.

Babalik balikan mo tlaga tong place since it very accessible sa nearby city malls..the staff are all welcoming and accommodating. Super linis din at simple lng ang room.

The place was okay, and fair for it's price. They also have hot shower and free wifi which I liked and didn't expect for the price I paid.

Sobrang sikip ng room halos dika na makaikot sa CR. But for the price and location its the best. Nagrent kami ng motor from airport and 25-30mins itong property. Sobrang lapit ng apartment na to sa Diversion Road where you can see the full Mayon at sobrang ganda ng hapon. Recommended sa mga nagtitipid kasi lagi nman nasa labas.
