Radisson Blu Hotel Leeds City Centre

Bathroom was awful, mould or leak stain on ceiling, bathroom stunk of sewage. No face cloths, shower on/off handle broken was very stressful trying to turn it on and off. only 1 hand towel. Air con didn’t work very well, room was extremely hot through the night . Only 1 lift working. Only good thing was it was a very central location walking distance from everything.

Nice hotel ,and great location

It's within 10 minutes walk from the train station, with supermarket and shopping mall nearby. The Leeds art gallery is right next to the hotel. The room is spacious, with bed on one side and working station on the other, which is a nice set up.

Toilet door would not close. Some part of bathroom starting to get tired. Generally good location and value for money. Also, what kind of bar doesn't stock brandy!

Our go to place in Leeds. Staff always friendly and professional. Not had food or used the bar this time but outside tables new.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet my expectations. The room had no refrigerator, and the safety deposit box was broken throughout my stay despite reporting the issue and requesting that it be repaired or replaced. Unfortunately, there was no effective response from the hotel. The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping. The room was not cleaned unless I specifically requested it, which is not the standard I expect from a Radisson Blu hotel. Daily housekeeping should be provided without guests having to ask. While some staff members were polite, the lack of attention to these basic issues negatively affected my overall experience. I hope the hotel improves its maintenance and housekeeping standards.

Great location and really friendly service from the Ukrainian lady on checkin. Rooms are clean well air conditioned and the location is good
