What I found a good point is that the windows could be opened. This is a thing I believe should be available on all. I don't smoke and I strongly believe that many smokers would use the openable windows to have a gust. And for this point it's bad. However, so may CCTV are enforced. They could be very useful. The carpets are worn, they smell bad and definitely need to be replaced. Leaving the lift area, way to the 310 room it smells old but overall, it smells bad. The bath tub curtain smells too. And inside the room too, when you put attention on it, it gives you this disgusting feeling.

John was very helpful and informative and pleasant. Lounge area clean and comfortable. House keeping exceptional to everyone. John was very attentive to all customers and prepared drinks. John had a very relaxed and confident way made us feel like in his home

Brilliant service from John at the bar, friendly, chatty and welcoming. Made it a great end to the night. Would 100% recommend this hotel, lovely room and great staff too. You for sure won’t be disappointed. Rooms are very reasonable too!!!

John and Tamara were fantastic. The whole team were great and the stay was excellent. The room was comfy and warm. Everything we needed was at hand. Nothing was too much trouble, any minor issues were solved with no fuss. Would highly recommend.

The room was super clean and whole the team was welcoming. Due to traveling solo I felt very safe. Nights were quite. Breakfast was lovely and had a range od diffrent foods offered. John and Kyle were extremely welcoming and kind and a big help to any issue I had.

Despite being in the middle of nowhere it was a great premier Inn with top staff, John and Kyle, with excellent bar service. Beer tasted great and fresh. Room is well made and as expected with a really comfy large bed. Looking forward to coming back again

Excellent service and people. The staff made the stay the best experience possible! Staying for business's and after a long day at work the staff were very welcome and friendly! Chilled vibe with good music in the bar! Would recommend to anyone!

Great stay, lovely hotel and rooms were great and very clean. Staff members John and Kyle were excellent and very friendly. Would highly recommend. A very pleasurable stay and experience all round. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in Leeds.

Service was excellent rooms nice. John and Kyle were fantastic and very welcoming. Definitely reccomend! Guinness on tap. Lovely restaurant area and bar. Nice and quiet area big parking area. Great breakfast and very pleased with the cleanliness
