We booked lutine for our wedding anniversary. The room was cute with a large TV and funky outside area with a large bath, however the room opposite had their music playing so loud. We spoke with reception and they said they would ask them to turn it down, however we were offered an upgrade to santa Maria a 2 bed apt. Santa Maria although maybe not romantic had more of a wow factor. The living room was so big with amazing art work and designer furnishings, and the hot tub was a nice addition. Only issues we had there was the shower hose was broken so couldn't get any pressure out of it and the rooms so dark ( creates a nice atmosphere) but it's hard to see when your getting ready. We travelled over 3 hours to get here but left saying we would possibly return in the future

We have been given Big Ben Apartment instead Emmanuel which we have ordered. In one of two rooms the carpets were taken off partly. The room didn’t smell nice, so I think that was the reason the carpets were uncovering part of the floor, to remove the stinky smell. Our room basically costed £330. We didn’t pay any extra for Big Ben, although we couldn’t use one of the rooms because of the bad smell. Our first trip to The Bells was great, second trip wasn’t the best

This is the third time we have stayed at The Bells - each of the rooms are so different and unique so we are trying them all one by one. From the minute you walk in you know it is going to a special experience. The beautiful smell, the quirkiness and the grandeur hits you. James, the front of house, is a fantastic host - nothing is too much for him and he is so friendly. The rooms are amazing - we have stayed in Santa Maria, Big Ben and Great George. The view of the Minster is idyllic, partition the hot tub with a glass of fizz! This is an exceptional place and I would highly recommend it for a special stay.

I surprised my partner with a two night stay in Little John and she was bowled over (as was I to be fair). The attention to detail and quality finishes really make it quite special. Our bedroom and lounge in particular were really sung - was almost a shame to leave the apartment on an evening :-) James was on reception most of the time we were there and he was welcoming and friendly which really set the tone when we first arrived. Price was comparable with some apartments and hotels we've stayed in before but The Bells was a class above. Would love to pop back and try another room next time as they're all styled differently but look to be an equally high standard! Great location too - right next to the church so really quiet, even on the ground floor. Will definitely recommend to any friends and family looking to stay in Leeds! Thanks for looking after us!

What an exceptional apartment. Fantastic location and so quiet to say it’s in the centre of Leeds. Car parking is so near. The staff were all super friendly. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby can highly recommend White Cloth Hall and the Empire cafe. Literally next door is Latitude a place not to be missed by wine lovers ! Can’t recommend these apartments enough.

We stayed in the Luntine and the rom is stunning room, everything really nicely presented. The bed was really comfy and we loved the jacuzzi bath. Only thing that could improve the room is maybe a mini fridge to keep drinks cold. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

We came to Leeds for a light night show. We stayed in The Bells apartment. One word to describe it: perfect. Every part of it is perfect and the industrial style is the best for us. I can only recommend it to everyone (Old Tom room) 100% we will visit again

Was such a nice treat to it’s the comfiest bed and the most luxurious night away! Would recommend to anyone especially celebrating an anniversary or any special occasion with their partner or even a friend! Will be back again in the near future!

Booked impulsively at the last minute (on the evening) after staying 2 weeks ago. We stayed in Great George this time, and we loved the room and its unique features. From time of phoning to arriving 15 mins later the room was ready for us and immaculately clean. Great service at 8pm at night. Staff showed us around the apartment fully and helped us when we couldn’t work something a couple of hours later, nothing was too much trouble. Beds were so comfy and large hot tub on balcony. It was so lovely and warm in the apartment, and you could control temperature throughout the stay which was good. We loved the complimentary drink which was a nice touch Thankyou. Would definitely stay again.
