還不錯的體驗，海南這邊一路上挺多旅租沒上網上平台銷售，問一問比住酒店便宜多，而且有時會比同價位酒店乾淨。這個旅租在一個很小的小區裏，我估計是村裡的集資房，有兩棟公寓樓和一個會所樓構成小區全部，中間有個游泳池，但不知道開放不開放。小區有很多旅居的東北老漢老太，東北老漢總太把自己當人物，一進小區一句怒喝“你進這裏幹什麼？我説“我租了民宿。大爺説“這是我們自己住的，沒有民宿！大爺你不過自己買個間小產權房就請不要把整個小區當成自己私產好嗎？旅租打理人也是一家東北人，非常熱情，嘮了一會，帶着安排了房間。房間很大，有冰箱洗衣機做飯點，晾衣架，就是居家的感覺。床是硬床，白菜蘿蔔各有所愛了。
