酒店交通巨不方便 打車每次等四五十分鐘都等不到離三輪也很遠，帶着行李箱拖很遠才看得到車，酒店床單被套很臟有灰，説是洗衣機沒洗乾淨，空調不製冷16度都很熱，晚上還被蚊子咬醒真的很氣！還有壁虎在房間出沒後來爬不見了，最無語的是酒店因為自己原因沒有去取發票開不了，寄給客人讓客人順豐到付18。真的算倒黴避雷，誰住誰倒黴！最差勁的住房體驗，整個海南遊都被影響了！

説實話金椰灣來了很多次了，前台小姐姐很熱情，剛開業的時候窗户太亮，酒店後來也帖了窗貼，各方面都很人性化的。可是這次入住很失望，首先可能是保潔拖把沒有晾曬或沒有洗乾淨，我入住時地板還是濕的這個可以理解，但是地面和枱麪都臭臭的，發黴的味道。其次就是這個空調，衹要打開就跟打仗一樣，晚上吵的不行。這次的枕頭臟臟的。希望能改善一下。畢竟我們還是願意常來的。相信這次衹是偶然。
