Will not stay again. We changed plans and wanted to extend by arriving a day earlier. I called the hotel repeatedly over a 4+ hour period with no answer to my calls and no rollover to voicemail or a call center. Others in our group didn't stay here because they couldn't ever get anyone to answer to even reserve their trip. Once I finally got someone on the phone, extending my stay was easy. I didn't get breakfast hours at check in, so I called front desk in the morning to ask....no answer on phone. Night #3, my daughter stopped up the low flow water saver toilet (not really sure how). Called front desk repeatedly but got the fast busy tone each time. Went to front desk to ask for a plunger and was told someone else is using it. Was assured they would come to my room next. 45 mins later, and again not able to call the front desk due to a fast busy, I went back to front desk and was assured someone would be right up. When I mentioned not being able to call due to their phones being off the hook or not working, the person working the front desk told me very patronizingly that the line was just busy with other callers. Nope. Your phone is off the hook...at least admit it. And still no one has brought a plunge after well over 1 1/2 hours. Our room literally smells like $h*t, but we are done begging for a plunger or maintenance. This place is a Sh*t hole. The beds are comfortable, and there is daily housekeeping. The rooms are reasonably clean, and the shower is ok. The ac is slways either too hot or too cold. Walls are very thin. Did I mention the rest of our group is staying across the parking lot at the Holiday Inn Express and seems happy? Just sayin'.

I can’t say enough about how kind and helpful the staff was. Our stay wasn’t planned but due to a travel emergency. The room was clean and quiet. Easy access to the interstate and Waffle House. I would recommend this motel to anyone.
