Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et tout était parfait. Hôtel très confortable, chambre agréable et personnel très professionnel. Nous étions en moto et nous avons beaucoup apprécié qu’on nous propose un box sécurisé pour stationner la moto en toute sécurité. Un vrai plus et très rassurant. Très bonne expérience, nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Chambre très propre et confortable. Personnel à l’écoute. L’insonorisation avec l’extérieur date un peu mais global l’hôtel reste confortable et le rapport qualité/prix est très bon.

Nachdem unser Appartement in Château-Bernhardt fristgerecht storniert wurde, hat uns dieses Hotel sehr freundlich und unkompliziert geholfen und uns über die Silvesternacht vom 31.12. auf den 01.01. ein Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Wir waren die einzige Familie im Hotel, und das Haus hat extra für uns geöffnet, obwohl es über Silvester normalerweise geschlossen ist. Das schätzen wir sehr. Es gibt kleine Mängel, was bei einem 3-Sterne-Hotel jedoch völlig im Rahmen und akzeptabel ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderer Dank gilt der Empfangsdame. Wir wünschen dem Unternehmen weiterhin viel Erfolg und können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Familie aus Deutschland
