The resort needs a refresh. The walls in the rooms are scratched, door frames chipped, curtains in the shower old. The outside of the building too - not well maintained: a lot of rust everywhere, elevator glass door is cracked. It will be a great place of someone pits a bit of work to refresh it.

Room smell a bit musty at first entered, customer service was ok even tho I only spoke English the breakfast was awesome the pool is good too the food at the le pelican was aight… but overall the stay was good not too bad …. They cleaned n changed towels daily. Hôtel situated in a good place

I have diarrhoea when having Tapas in the afternoon on 7/12/24 at the bar ( some kind of fish) at the night I have so much stomach pain and went to toilet for many times. Hurt my stomach and tried couldn’t sleep all night. They haven’t provided me a duvet also. Only flat sheet on top of fitted. It feel not even worth the money for what I pay with what they provide.

Ce n’est pas la première fois que je donne mon avis sur cette hôtel vu que je le fréquente assez régulièrement donc je ne serai pas très original je reste convaincu que c'est l’un des meilleurs rapports qualité prix en terme d’hôtel en Guadeloupe je le recommande sans hésiter à tout ceux qui voudrais passer un bon séjour à l’hôtel sans se ruiner cependant il y’a quand même une petite marge d’amélioration concernant l’entretien des chambres qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement mais de manière générale cette établissement est correcte

Que des fourmis partout et nous ne sommes pas les seuls clients à se plaindre. Et ils n’ont pas voulu changer de chambre ni nous rembourser
