Our experience was amazing! We knew we were staying pretty far out from the city, but it was about a 15 minute walk to a train to take you to the city. We loved the option to order from local restaurants and get it delivered for free to the hotel. The cost vs the experience was an amazing trade off. Would recommend if you’re traveling on a budget.

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. Perfect as always! The service nevers fails and Campanile Le Bourget Airport is always our top selection when we have a night or two in Le Bourget. The food buffet is always on point and the breakfast is sublime. Hope to see you again soon Campanile Le Bourget!!

I checked into this hotel on March 17th. On March 18th I left the hotel at 11:50 noon. I was the only one in the quadruple room when I left. Other tenants have checked out. I am also confirming that my 20-inch suitcase is locked. And double locked in the 30-inch luggage. And the laptop is locked in the iron cabinet provided by the hotel, and the lock is double-checked. before leaving the room. PM 18:40 I return to the hotel. After charging in the lobby on the first floor, return to the second floor at 19:40 PM. When I opened the door with a magnetic card, I found that the 20-inch suitcase was taken out of the 30-inch suitcase. Both pieces of luggage had been vandalized open and things were missing. The lock on the iron cabinet was also damaged, and the laptop inside was not taken away. I immediately went downstairs to inform the hotel counter and asked her to come upstairs with me. Later, the hotel staff invited me to the police station. I hurried to the police station, and the police station asked me to call 17 when I went back to the hotel. They will follow the procedure. After returning to the hotel, I called at 22:50 PM to 17. At 23:09 PM, the police went to the hotel to understand the scene. One of the policemen who arrived that night told us that room 305 of this hotel had also been burglarized last week. At 11:00 AM on March 19, some policemen went to the hotel room to take photos and questioned me again. They asked me to come to the police station to report the incident. Until the morning of March 21st the manager Michael GIROD went to work, his attitude was not very good, and he did not apologize. Just tell the insurance company. Those who want to stay, please take care of your own property safety and be mentally prepared''The hotel manager will not be very active in dealing with it'' But on the night of the incident, the lady at the counter was really friendly and eager to help. 我3月17日入住這個飯店。 3月18日我中午11:50 離開飯店。 離開時四人房裡只有我一個人。其他房客已退房。 也在確認自己20吋行李箱鎖好。並且雙重鎖在30吋行李箱內。 而筆電鎖在飯店提供的鐵櫃裡，也雙重確認上了鎖頭。才離開房間。 下午PM 18:40 我回到飯店。先在一樓大廳充電完 PM 19:40分回到2樓。 用磁卡打開門時，發現20吋行李箱從30吋行李箱裡被拿出來。 兩件行李都已被破壞打開並遺失東西。 鐵櫃上的鎖頭也被破壞，裡面筆電也不被拿走。 我立即下樓告知飯店櫃台，並請她跟我上樓看。 後來飯店人員請我去警察局。我趕快到了警察局，警察局人員請我再回到飯店先致電17。他們會照程序。 回到飯店後，晚上 PM 22:50 我打了電話到17。晚上 PM 23:09 警察人員就到飯店了解現場。 當晚到場的其中一個警察跟我們說，上週這間飯店的305號房也發生房內竊盜案。 3月19日 AM 11:00 有警察到飯店房間拍照並再詢問後，他們請我過來警察局報案。 一直到等到3月21日上午經理Michael GIROD上班，他態度不是很好，也沒有道歉。只說會告知保險公司。 想要住的人請小心自身財產安全及有心理準備‘’飯店經理不會很積極的處理‘’ 但是事發當晚，櫃台小姐真的很友善且熱心幫忙。

Perfect. Excellent service. I just want the management to aknowledge Marina and Ramata, front desk officers, who were friendly, helpful and VERY welcoming !!! I believe that a great welcoming is key and you rarely do a second impression. Ramata and Marina were amazing. Room was clean Friendly staff Great hotel close to Metro Simply perfect.

At the end of a long road trip in Europe, the Jardins de Montmartre was the perfect hotel for two brothers. The unique room provided each of us with our own bathroom, our individual very large twin bed, separate televisions, and a door separating our two half-rooms. A little privacy after a lot of time living closely!.. The room also had a coffee/tea maker and a safe. Moving-around space was a bit limited but not a big issue. The bathrooms both had very large showers with ample hot water from the rain-forest fitting. Excellent views of the street from one bedroom and from one shower!.  The front desk was manned 24/7 and can provide wake up calls. The beds were very comfortable with like-new linens. The hotel is located near two Metro lines and near many cafes and restaurants. Our very special room was replicated on at least two other floors. I wholeheartedly recomend the hotel to any set of travellers who want a great place to share but with some individual services. 

The hotel is in a really nice position very close to the metro station of Jaurès that can get you basically everywhere. The place was clean and there is the chance to leave there your luggage if you come to early for check in or if you need to leave it after check out. That earns the 2 stars in my review. Unfortunately this was probably my worst experience in a hotel. Checking in I was told that we got an upgrade and, instead of our view on the city we got what is supposedly a better room facing an internal wall. I must say that I am not sure if that was really an upgrade because it didn't feel like it - and this makes me wonder what would have been a regular room. Rooms are poorly insulated and I could hear perfectly what was going on in the rooms next to our. The cleaning was good, but unfortunately the cleaning lady forgot to close our door and, when we came back to the hotel in the late afternoon, we found the door open. The only answer we got when we reported the issue was ”oh, that's not good” - indeed it isn't. Growing up in a similar business I have been taught to do what it take to make happy your guests and I found odd that I couldn't get a couple of spoons when I asked for them (”breakfast is closed now so we don't have spoons”). All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The price doesn't match the service.

Nice, stylish, clean hotel. Reception staff very competent. Breakfast staff overwhelmed by a normal number of people in the restaurant. There was only one coffee machine that was constantly not working and not enough viennoisseries for breakfast. When I mentioned that the orange juicer wasn't working, the staff member replied ”it isn't?” and then did nothing about it. The breakfast experience let the rest (which was excellet) down.

Overall it is good and relatively clean, but mold spots are found on one pillowcase.

Great value hotel, room was basic but clean and beds were comfortable, room suited me and my son ideally. Booking was easy, check in was smooth and staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Surrounding area was a bit rough around flea Market but we didn't have any hassle
