The contactless check in process was cumbersome. You have to download the Hilton app and the instructions aren't clear. Our shower wasn't the cleanest and there was some kind of makeup smeared on the bathroom door. We went down for breakfast around 9:30 and not everything was being restocked timely. The lobby area has a little convenience foods for purchase area and lots of seating options as well as some games and TVs. We utilized the pool table which was fun. The staff were very friendly and courteous. I liked that the rooms are not carpeted. Overall the stay was good.

Everyone was very pleasant that we interacted with.
We loved the room, that it was not a carpet floor and the layout was perfect. The rolling desk was a unique feature. The 24/7 coffee and tea was a great perk, as well as the free breakfast.
The gym, of course small, but great equipment including a peloton, 2 treads and various options for weight lifting — cleaning wipes and towels provided.
Every place we went to was 10 or less minutes away, and plenty of food options in the immediate surrounding area.

Our stay was so nice. No gliches in our reservation, friendly, helpful staff, nice rooms. A little pricey on a busy weekend in Lawrence, Ks, but pretty much worth it.

Hotel lobby and rooms were clean, we loved the hangout lobby full of games and space to eat if you want to do crock pot meals instead of eating out every night! There’s plenty of room to set up a meal and eat with friends and family. Plenty of fun games for kids and adults. Our teens loved the pool table.
Only downfall that would prevent me from booking again was that the rooms were sooooo tiny. We had 2 adults and 2 kids in a double Queen and it was crammed. Also, No microwave in the room.

This hotel was just fine for a quick college visit, albeit not the best value on certain weekends when there’s a lot happening in town. A clean no frills hotel with good service, friendly employees, simple room accommodations, and a nice variety of breakfast offerings. The area is close to shopping and dining and about a 12 min drive to KU’s campus.
