The solo room with shared bathroom was great. You can enjoy the quietness without breaking your pocket. The shower water temperature was not stable in the evening I stayed. Suddenly hot/cold. But the 2nd morning, everything was fine.

The location is excellent, and the breakfast is comprehensive. There's plenty of space for leisure and socializing. The hallways are wide, and the bathrooms are clean and well-stocked with toiletries. All in all, I loved it!

Not meet the standard, bed and room and restroom are not clean and really old school type, this facility reception look great but the clients staying area need to be update.

This place was fantastic! Spotlessly clean, incredibly friendly staff, and the breakfast was delicious. The best feature is the location: just a 10-minute walk from one of Lousan's best beaches. As a fantastic perk, they provide a free transportation card, which made the 30-minute trip to the Olympic Museum easy and convenient. The only thing to note is that there isn't a supermarket immediately nearby, so plan accordingly. A truly wonderful stay!

I stayed in a single room with shared shower and toilet facilities. It's quite a distance from Lausanne station, about a 30-minute bus ride. A bath towel is provided, but there's no shampoo or body wash. The breakfast was included and delicious. The shower room felt secure, as no one else entered while I was using it. It's reassuring that there's always someone at the front desk. On my last day, I had to leave before breakfast started, but they kindly gave me juice and an apple to take with me.

Great location, friendly staff and good breakfast! No warm/cook options available for breakfast at all tho. Just fruit, cold cuts, yogurt, muesli and drinks. We received a free pass for public transportation too. No AC available tho.

The staff were so friendly!  I like when people smile  It was great and fully booked for the days! I got to stay one night and am satisfied! Thank you!

Super Friendly and helpful staffs Good quality breakfast, variety of choice, Bircher Müsli is my favourite, everything is fresh Environment is very clean and quiet including the guests, everyone rest early My towel is very clean it smells really good, they even offer biscuits as welcome gift

It was ok I guess. However, guests should be put into rooms with people in similar age.

Overall, it was a good experience—the reception staff, cleaners, and chefs were welcoming, and the room was clean. The only issues were that the room was cold, and the WiFi was weak and unstable (5 nights in Feb 2025, Room 22x). I gave 5 stars for location, cleanliness, and service, and 3 stars for facilities.

Personell was very helpfull.

The location is near to the CIO, but a bit far from train station, and the WiFi is not good when my room is far from the lobby. The quality of facilities and service are wonderful!
