Peppers Seaport apt rooms were spacious with most amenities other than personal toiletries like bedroom sleepers, toothbrush not provided. Location & surroundings beautiful & quite a few restaurants in the same annex. The group of golfers found the hotel a really nice place to stay while golfing in the area including Barnbougle Dunes.

The stay was very pleasant. We booked two rooms, and one was upgraded to a suite. The rooms were comfortable, well-equipped, and very spacious, which made the elders very happy. The hotel is a bit far from Launceston city center, about a 10-15 minute walk, but there's a restaurant downstairs with good food. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, always willing to answer questions. However, on the day of check-out, due to our schedule, we needed to leave our luggage at the hotel for a while. The front desk hours indicated service started at 7 AM, but when we arrived at 7 AM, no staff member was on duty. After waiting for a bit and still no one returned, we had to take our luggage back to our rooms. I hope the hotel can address this situation.

Hotel apartment was superb,nice view and location as well,walking distance to CBD area as well as Cataract Gorge.Parking at hotel was convenient and cheap.

The scenery was gorgeous and breathtaking. Super clean environment. Fresh and clean air. The parks were awesome. Food was great and delicious.

Great location with restaurants and bars right downstairs, and close to the marina with beautiful scenery. The room was also spacious and clean, but the bed was too soft and uncomfortable to sleep on.

The hotel is close to the sea with amazing views. When they found out we were members, they immediately upgraded us to a sea-view room, which was very thoughtful. The only thing was the hot water for the shower is from a storage tank, so the three of us had to take turns showering with some time in between. The room has a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher, which was a big plus!

The hotel is conveniently located near Launceston city center, about a 10-minute walk away. It's also very convenient for those driving, as there are parking spaces available right in front of the hotel. You can request a reserved spot from the reception staff for around HKD 50 per day. The hotel is situated next to the yacht marina, so even city view rooms might offer a glimpse of the marina and river. The rooms are very spacious, featuring a large living room, a big sofa, and a large bedroom. There are also kitchen utensils for self-catering. Downstairs, there are several restaurants that are popular with locals and offer good food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Great location; by the river; quiet environment; clean and spacious room

This is a serviced apartment, quite spacious, but lacks a bit of refinement, more akin to an Airbnb.

Although the hotel was not in the heart of town but it is surrounded by a few good restaurants. The hotel provided a permit for parking and that is really appreciated. The staff at the reception were friendly and provided clear information and direction for places of interest and restaurants.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, though not super new. The park across the river is perfect for kids, and the overall environment is great.

The cottage is really pretty and cosy. Temperature is perfect and the room attachment is well done. Space wise it is very comfortable and we can do a lot of cooking during the 2 days of stay. Location wise it is also great and near the national park. Highly recommended.

I booked several hotels for my business trip. The service at this one was exceptional, and the chocolates at the entrance were absolutely delicious. However, the room itself was quite old, and the facilities were a bit dated, which made me really question the cleanliness. It seems many hotels abroad, even five-star ones, can be quite old and not as clean as domestic chains like Atour or Ji Hotel.
