Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino

I really enjoyed my stay here and the staff was very nice and helpful.

We were surprised how large it was. I gave average rating as the hotel needs updating. We had a dripping tub faucet, The bed was so soft , that I felt my bottom touched the floor as my head & feet went up. The pillow was also very uncomfortable. There two days too long. I’ve had spine surgery & need a firm bed. My husband needs heavier blankets & we found no extra. We did like the convenience of the food court, restaurant, bakery goods, cinema & bowling alley besides all ****** slot machines. The registration desk was nice & helped us use the Uber app, as we are technology impaired.

Always good to relax for a day away

Toilet ran all night kids in the next room up running around all night and morning long terrible night!!probably won’t ever stay there again. Had a hard time calling to complain because every time I would call front desk a recording would ask me if I wanted a 6 AM wake up call.

Only one elevator working - slow and waits. No coffee maker in-room or courtesy - sorry but $5 for a cup of coffee is outrageous. And toilet paper dispenser next to toilet inconvenient to say the least.

Elevator was on its last leg and the other was not working. Was up on the 5th floor and the stairs only went down to 2nd floor. Had to use the elevator no.matter what. Overall a great experience.

Room was clean and had good amenities. Fresh sheets, towels, soap and lotion were provided. I especially appreciated the click radio with wireless charger, since I forgot my cord. Check in was easy and fast. The bed was kind of lumpy. Overall it was good.

Room was cleaned and staff very cordial and helpful. We did not use any amenities, so it wouldn’t be faired to make any comments.
