Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino

I really enjoyed my stay here and the staff was very nice and helpful.

We were surprised how large it was. I gave average rating as the hotel needs updating. We had a dripping tub faucet, The bed was so soft , that I felt my bottom touched the floor as my head & feet went up. The pillow was also very uncomfortable. There two days too long. I’ve had spine surgery & need a firm bed. My husband needs heavier blankets & we found no extra. We did like the convenience of the food court, restaurant, bakery goods, cinema & bowling alley besides all ****** slot machines. The registration desk was nice & helped us use the Uber app, as we are technology impaired.

Always good to relax for a day away

We always go on the weekdays, so for me it was productive enough, unless you are going with the reason to party, I would suggest to go on the weekends, where it is booming with lots going on, but I could see Stoney’s club was happening with country music and dancing it looked fun enough to go in and enjoy the evening.

1. Toilets are too small, the bathroom had a toilet that angled towards the vanity, which made it even more difficult to use. 2. When I used the hot water, it emitted a foul odor. 3. The shower faucet was loose, not the handle, the shaft to which it was connected. 4. One of the two elevators has been inoperable for several months (very inconvenient).

The bed was sooo low to the ground. We could barely get out They were also vert uncomfortable. The pillows were like a big brick. Called for smaller softer ones, they are all the same. Bathroom sooo small. You couldn’t move and no counter for toiletries. Bathroom door broken. View was of the parking garage and roof. Won’t ever stay there again

Clean room... Checking in was so fast.... I like how Starbucks was just around the corner.... Parker, just around the corner as well.... I Would not mind coming back again?

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and the check-in is always easy although they do charge you $25 if you want to check in before 3 o’clock. We ate at the Mexican restaurant and at the Brass Door and the food quality of both places was decent. Enjoyed our meals there. They were painting our floor elevator lobby, so the smell was quite strong as our room was very close to the elevators. Not much that we could do about that though. The ******** was fun and overall, it was a great trip.

Loved this hotel & our room. Staff were friendly besides a few. One elevator was not working so wait time was a little long due to people waiting for just one elevator.
