The hotel environment was fantastic, though the service was a bit lacking. However, the front desk staff's solution was excellent. After reporting that the mini-fridge door in my room was stuck upon checkout and waiting 2 hours for a resolution that didn't come, the front desk clerk promptly refunded me one night's stay. My customer satisfaction is directly 👍

I was initially pleased with how affordable and spacious the room was during check-in. However, the day before check-out, I experienced a major incident: a break-in and theft. My entire suitcase was stolen, along with my packed dinner. When the police arrived, they found signs of forced entry on the door. I asked to review the surveillance footage, but the police told me to wait in my room while they checked with hotel security. After more than two hours, they reported only seeing our entry and exit records, but no thief. They claimed there were no cameras in the hallway and suggested the thief might have carried the suitcase away. I questioned this, as we were on the 38th floor—what thief would have the nerve to do that? I suspect the suitcase is still on this floor of the hotel, possibly stolen by an insider who knew I was checking out the next day. The main issue is that my wallet contained spare Mexican cash and some Euros, along with a watch, perfume, and new clothes. While my dollars and passport were on me and not stolen, I can't understand why such a large hotel wouldn't have surveillance cameras in the hallway. If you're looking to save money, you can stay here, but do not leave any valuables. If you have other options, I'd recommend choosing a different hotel.

I stayed on a newly renovated floor, and while everything met 4-star standards and the stay was comfortable, I definitely won't be coming back. Reason one: it's incredibly inconvenient to go downtown for food, and the hotel's own food street offers poor value for money. Reason two, and the main reason: the deposit is $100 per night, and it wasn't refunded promptly after check-out. It's been three days now, and I still haven't received it back. When I've stayed at other hotels, the deposit was always refunded instantly after check-out. With inconvenient dining and transportation, a $100 deposit, and uncertainty about its return, I'd advise anyone considering staying here to think twice!

Excellent stay! They offer free luggage storage, and it's quite convenient to get there from the airport. The room was spacious and clean. Plus, there's a restaurant and convenience store right downstairs, which is super handy. The front desk staff were also very friendly.
