The hotel's hygiene is very recognized, and the hotel's facilities are also very good. The only drawback is that there is no hot water for showering in the morning. I called the hotel front desk, but no one answered.

No access from palms place to parking garage. You have to walk in the road to gain access to the garage?

This was my first time staying at this property. At first I wasn't going to stay because there was mixed reviews about it. After seeing the view, and all the amenities that came with staying here I decided to book. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out everyone was welcoming and so nice. There was free self parking, as well as free valet as long as you tip, and that was very good for me because I was always in and out and it didn't take long for them to get my car.
The View was amazing, especially at night. I stayed in the 1 bedroom suite. It had a kitchen, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, Living Room with the open balcony, and a very relaxing jet hot tub. The shower was amazing too, because there were 3 shower heads. There was even cable TV with Netflix. Let's not forget the amazing fireplace that made the mood. The room was very clean and had a light fresh smell. The bed was so comfortable, and it was quiet. I loved the fact that everywhere I went was at least 5-10 mins away, so I didn't have to go too far, and some places you can walk to.
I did have a pipe burst in the small bathroom, and when I called to let them know they got me a new room within 5 minutes and reimbursed me a day's pay back with no issues. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Vegas, because for me the customer service was everything.
