I booked the hotel and paid online for 445.12 and when I check in front desk ask me to pay $300 and now I came back I got charged $558.72 from the hotel. I'm not sure what is this but if there is hidden fee please let the customer know this, this was my business trip and I need to process my invoice for business travel. this does not help me at all. paying twice for same hotel. from online and at the hotel. I even told the front desk man I paid online.

Overall we had a very good time because the Pool is amazing 🤩 but we had some issues with the AC .
But I recommend the hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Vacation Club Cancun Resort Las Vegas! The suite style room was perfect and very clean. Definitely will use them again on our next visit to Vegas!

Great property, upgrades are being made to the pool and common areas. Room interior is a little outdated, but spacious and the hotel is overall nice. Would stay again.

I specifically asked for a quiet room...We're put in a room by the pool which was being renovated and construction was being done. Could have used more washcloths in the bath and also more coffee n tea. Liked the shampoo, cond, n lotion.

Super clean facilities and friendly staff. We really enjoyed the pool and waterslides, and the food at Caribe was excellent!
