Second time staying here. For Chinese travelers, the two Chinese restaurants in the lobby, Pingpong pang and Noodle, are very nice. It's also close to Chinatown. An Uber to The Venetian is only about $15. The hotel has many spacious rooms. Not bad!

There's a delicious Chinese restaurant downstairs with reasonable prices, serving great food (Jin Yuan Bao PPP). During large exhibitions, you can take a shuttle from the Palm Beach Hotel across the street to the exhibition hall. My local friends say this hotel is a hub for local entertainment. Recommended!

The room was clean and serviced daily. Parking was convenient with a large free lot. It was easy to get around, and the soundproofing was better than other hotels. Great value for money! And you absolutely cannot miss the Jinyuanbao Restaurant downstairs – it's delicious!

Excellent value for money in a quiet location, fabulous breakfast which sets you up for the day,only gripe was the slightly noisy air con unit which did unfortunately wake us at times but that wouldn’t put us off returning,overall had a great stay.

Only hotel I been staying at, for past 15 years. The early check in is great benefit also for me.

The room is big enough for me my mom and my girl. The room was clean and fresh air only one point that I dnt like was a little bit dark in the room as it doesn’t has the ceiling light (light came from 3 lanterns). I book and prepay thru online which doesnt include the hotel fees per night around 45$+ tax with no breakfast provides. The breakfast will need an extra cost around $9.99 + tax which we decide to have breakfast at Ping Pang Pang instead (Chinese restaurant on the L floor). Be careful for the smoke smell since arrival at the lobby. ( if you dnt like it, this could make you annoying) The rest is fine for the location. The bed and pillow was not really comfortable for me as it too soft.

Newly renovated, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The large parking lot is very convenient for parking, and the location is also great for getting around.

I cancel this booking because it was accidently booked but was unsuccessful. Not happy about it though I stated my reason.

The Gold Coast experience was everything I was looking for. It's a gem off the *****, while still very close. Free parking, restaurants and diners are all right there. Highly recommend it.

The Gold Coast is a great value when it comes to the rooms and the free parking. We found the service at the sports book, with security, and with the West Lounge bartenders to be very good. Unfortunately, this is a 'you-get-what-you-pay-for' in a lot of other areas. The escalators and elevator to the parking garage were either broken or out of service the entire trip and the waitress service at the West Lounge on Saturday was terrible. We tried the new Charter 75 restaurant on Friday night and the food was really bad for the prices. We tried our best to give the amenities a try this time, but it was really hard to get excited about coming back here.

Nice view from the hotel. Everything was good. Even the location a bit far from *****, but the price is reasonable during the weekend.

The room design is simple and practical, with a spacious desk, soft yet bright lighting, and fast internet, making it perfect for working on documents and video conferences. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a full night of quality sleep. Service and Details: The staff were very professional. During check-out, they proactively asked if I needed an invoice and an itemized receipt. Room service was prompt; extra bottled water and ironing services were delivered quickly. The breakfast offered a good mix of Western and Chinese options, with plenty of choices, ensuring a hearty and good start to the day. Overall, this hotel excels at meeting core business travel needs, with well-equipped facilities and efficient service. It will definitely be my top choice for future business trips to this area.
