Some front desk staff were undertrained and unfriendly, especially when we had a problem with keys. Duty manager was conciliatory, but the promised compensation has not been provided. Real shame as the hotel is stunning with amazing facilities and location. When MGM takes over, training of the main front desk staff must be prioritised. By contrast, Identity staff provided outstanding and efficient service, especially Jeffrey. I will definitely visit again, but avoiding front desk wherever possible.

We moved to Alberta from Ontario late last year and just got around to planning a holiday. Vegas is only a 20 hour drive from where we live and we have done Ontario to Florida before which is a similar distance so our plans were set. We have been to LV 4 times previously and the last 3 of those visits we stayed at the South Point. Decided to book it again this time, ignored all the negative reviews on TA as most of them seem to have been posted by people with no previous history on TA so they can be tossed out the window!! Arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and the place was hopping! Got checked in very quickly and asked and was given a room up on the 23rd floor facing out towards the mountains and out over the pool area. Got a double queen room that was immaculate. Beds were comfy and the room was spotless. Bathroom was a decent size with the shower and toilet separated by a door from the bathroom sink etc. My only complaint about Vegas hotels is that the tv channel selection in the room is usually atrocious, probably because they don't want you in the room watching tv !! But there were enough decent channels to keep us happy at the end of the night. When we checked in they asked us about house keeping but we just called down on the morning we wanted the room tidied up etc. and it was done. No hassle and just a quick 20 second phone call. We used the pool area quite a few days and the pool side bar service was excellent. The girls working out there were kept busy but were always friendly and by the end of the week recognised us and always had a chat. The pool area was very clean and we never had to look hard for a sun bed to relax on. Plenty of clean towels always available no matter the time of day we were down there. The hotel has 11 restaurants I believe. We used Steak and Shake a couple of times (still good), Baja Miguels on the first night (love the Margaritas along with everything else about the place!) Ate at Primarily Prime Rib on the Thursday and this is still a great place to have a decent cut of meat. No need to go on about our meals. The food was always perfect and the service superb. In our travels north and south we saw lots of signs up in restaurants and coffee shops advising they were hiring and apologising for delays etc. but it seems that the South Point is not struggling on that front. Always staff around to help etc. The one change for the better at the hotel is the addition of the Starbucks at the front entrance. If my memory serves me it used to be a Seattles Best coffee shop but Starbucks is far far better. Plenty of staff working the store and never a long wait even on the busiest of mornings. Another great part of the hotel is the Cinemark Movie Theatre. We saw 3 movies in our week at the hotel and its always great that you can just take an elevator down from your room and just walk up to the theatre. The first day of the las transition hotel, owned by the Hilton Hotel, the airport has shuttle to. To other hotels, Uber is not expensive. Because the price is relatively high on weekends, the children are very happy and have an outdoor swimming pool. The most impressive thing is breakfast, the variety is quite rich, fruit sausage egg waffle yogurt, oatmeal have, and certainly can eat. Personally, it is quite good if you don't feel picky. The good: Price point is favorable and resort fee plus parking is standard if Vegas. Location was end of the south ***** and great access to tram and Las Vegas Blvd The bad: Check in was long as there was a long line and not enough staff. Elevators were slow and 2 were not working so long wait. Rooms were a bit dates but ok for price.

It’s my second time staying at Horseshoe and I love it, great location, connected to Paris, clean, great rooms, amazing views!!!!!!! A little complicated to figure out where is your room tho and there’s always a huge line for check in because the staff is a little slow and always talks a lot with the costumers but they also have check in machines (it didn’t work with my reservation) They have lots of family friendly activities downstairs and some places to eat like Jhonny Rockets and Subway, where you don’t need to get out of the hotel to eat

The parking garage elevators were all broken so we had to walk down the ramp for 5 levels with all our luggage. That was quite annoying. Good location, as it is pretty close to being at the center of the *****. Any staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean...I would however call housekeeping the minute you get in your room and ask for more pillows as they are very flat, you need 2 to make 1 and they run out quickly. Pool area was nicely maintained, the family pool was closed when we were there but the big pool was open and clean.

This is an apartment hotel, because of the affordable price, so I booked with my friends for two nights at this hotel. Remind the customers who want to stay. The online payment does not include the resort fee. After arriving at the hotel, you need to pay more. The soundproofing effect of the hotel is very poor! In the evening, if there is a party next to the Club, you can hear the music all night. The voice of the next room can be heard, and you wake up early in the morning. The most excessive point is that on the day we check out, about 10 o'clock, there is a man who opens our door directly and says to remind us to check out at 11 o'clock. He didn't knock the door! Fortunately, we have the last anti-theft lock, but it is still a little scared.

I'm never really sure where to start with these reviews of rooms so here we go... I got checked in with no fuss and no issues, I arrived around 10-11pm and there was no lines to get checked it. Very quick and easy. I was staying here for 2 weeks. I was on the 9th floor, room 908 to be exact. The room was clean and had everything I needed (towels, loo paper, soap etc). You have to request housekeeping as and when you want it by either phoning down in the morning and asking for housekeeping or just popping to reception on your way out for the day and asking. Resort free at the time of my staying was $29.95+$3.89 so a total of $33.84 a day with $100 security deposit that you get back at the end of your stay. While I could hear the music from outside for me it wasn't really an issue, didn't keep me up or anything. Out of the 3 bars in the hotel and ****** BarCanada was by far my favourite with friendly bar staff and great drinks! I'd happily stay here again for my next Vegas trip. P.S - Pro-tip for any fellow Brits going to stay here and are unsure of the power outlets, in my room they had the 3 prong socket on the table by the TV and right by the beds there's 2 USB sockets, very useful!

The location is within easy walking distance to Fremont Street, yet far enough away that the noise level at night was comfortably decreased. What stood out during our trip was the outstanding customer service given by two employees. The first was a hotel registration clerk named April. My husband has health issues and I had booked an ADA room. Unfortunately, this room did not fit his needs. The following morning we inquired about changing rooms. The hotel registration clerk, April, happily helped us in finding a room that was more suitable to his needs. From her friendly smile upon approaching the front desk to her quick and efficient ability to switch our room for better accommodations was heartwarming. She displayed truly impressive customer service. The second was Wayne at the rewards desk. When my rewards card was malfunctioning he was able to speedily fix the issue. All of this was done with a praiseworthy demeanor. Both April and Wayne sincerely helped make this a great customer experience.

First trip to Vegas after wife passed last August. Chose this hotel because it was the first place we stayed downtown. We had been coming to Vegas for many years and started to stay downtown. We have stayed here many times over the years. I checked in at 5:00 about on July 31 and stayed to August 4th. Check-in was fast and easy. The employee at check-in was ok. I spoke to 2 other front desk employees during my visit. Once to get a boarding pass printed off. Lin I believe was her name she was excellent and very friendly fun to talk to. Also at check-out at 3:45 AM. Another very friendly person considering the time. Check-out was simple. Food: Ate both at Magnoils and the Chicago Brewery. Had breakfast at Magnolis the food and service was great. Chicago Brewery was also excellent. Had Chicago Dog is was excellent. The bartenders were very friendly and fun to talk to. Loved being able to play video poker and eat and have a few beers. Very pleasant experience. Beverage service: Not a big drinker, but the severs were excellent and friendly. For me they came often enough. Table Games: Did not play much they seemed friendly what I observed. $10 and 15 table limits. I was there during the week. During the week table games close from 4AM to 8AM. Room: I was on the 5th floor by the elevator. Nice and close. I was on the quiet side, which is nice, but did not matter to me. Room had a coffee maker. One of the 2 elevators were out, but could use the service elevator so it did not make that much of difference. I did not have any real issues. My floor was very quiet and did see hardly anybody. When I arrived my room was very clean and did not have any housekeeping come into room, Did not feel it was necessary. The housekeepers I ran into seemed friendly. No issues in my room everything was great, beds were fine. ****** itself was clean for the most part, and the service friendly for me. A variety of machines new and old. I did not sit at either of the bars. My observation was people were having a good time. I had a very pleasant stay considering the situation. It was difficult without my wife, but the friendly staff helped. As everyone knows of course no resort fee and 4 Queens' is right in the middle of downtown. I would stay here again if I decide to return. Thanks again to the staff.

Be good to go to the supermarket to buy water reserves in advance, the waiter is very friendly, very enthusiastic and patient. The room was clean, comfortable and very atmospheric. We arrived at the hotel before the check-in time 3pm but the room wasn’t available. So they just gave me the key cards and said they would send me a text of my room number when it’s ready. As I didn’t receive the text after an hour, I went back to the check in counter and needed to line up for 20mins to get my room number. After we got into the room around 4:45pm, we had to wait for another 25 mins to get our luggage delivered to our room. after we got changed and got to the pool around 5:25pm, the staff there just told us that the pool is closing at 5:50pm (it’s a bit strange as the bell boy who delivered our luggage to us suggested us visiting the pool as the weather was so nice but didn’t tell us that the pool was closing that soon). The pool is the main reason for us to choose the Palazzo and we were only able to spend less than half an hour there. my son was very disappointed about that. The room is spacious but cleanliness needs to be improved, e.g. the bedsheet was quite dirty and with little blood stein on it.

The location itself is excellent, 2 minutes away is the fountain of Bellagio, proper downtown. It's just that the club casino and the building are too big. The front desk is in the middle of the north side of the building, which is very, rather difficult to find. The facilities in the building are quite good. The one-bedroom and one-room suites, double bathrooms, kitchen facilities are particularly complete, and cooking is particularly convenient. Children do n’t want to leave when they live.

It’s my second time staying at Horseshoe and I love it, great location, connected to Paris, clean, great rooms, amazing views!!!!!!! A little complicated to figure out where is your room tho and there’s always a huge line for check in because the staff is a little slow and always talks a lot with the costumers but they also have check in machines (it didn’t work with my reservation) They have lots of family friendly activities downstairs and some places to eat like Jhonny Rockets and Subway, where you don’t need to get out of the hotel to eat

Some front desk staff were undertrained and unfriendly, especially when we had a problem with keys. Duty manager was conciliatory, but the promised compensation has not been provided. Real shame as the hotel is stunning with amazing facilities and location. When MGM takes over, training of the main front desk staff must be prioritised. By contrast, Identity staff provided outstanding and efficient service, especially Jeffrey. I will definitely visit again, but avoiding front desk wherever possible.

Aliante was the perfect resort for my recent work trip to Vegas. The rooms are very comfortable, well appointed and very clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the ****** area has enough f&b offerings to keep you happy if you don’t want to venture far. The area around the hotel is safe and pretty quiet with a decent amount of places to grab a bite to eat within a short drive. It is pretty darn far away from the “normal” Vegas action, but I have to assume you know that if you are considering staying here.

It is recommended to book the widi equipment in advance on Ctrip. There is no free water supply. Be good to go to the supermarket to buy water reserves in advance, the waiter is very friendly, very enthusiastic and patient. The room was clean, comfortable and very atmospheric. The facilities are very complete and perfect. It is good to take a break from the downtown area. Great! Great
