Delano is an absolutely beautiful hotel. Down side is the $50 charge just for using the fridge or adjusting the items in the fridge (the fridge and items on the counter have weight sensors). Also, they automatically charge you their parking fee which is not bad at $22 per night for the Mandalay Bay/Delano parking garage. Using your room key to get in and out of the garage is easy and convenient, BUT, it took my husband over an hour and a half to find parking Saturday night after 8 pm because they had a concert or something at Allegiant Stadium. I was very upset that I was not able to get the parking that I paid for in a timely manner only to accommodate those who weren’t even staying in the hotels. Of course the hotel and everything in it is outrageously priced, but it smells good in there, and they have staff that can check you in through your phone rather than waiting in a long line at the lobby counter 🤷🏾♀️ The hotel was very clean and they bring you new towels and make your bed on the second day without requesting them. I thought there was room service, but when I scanned the QR code, it was only for the prices for the snack bar/amenities so we didn’t order any room service.

More about Las Vegas

A Radiant Metropolis in the Desert

Famous for its vibrant nightlife and unique entertainment, Las Vegas, nestled in the heart of Nevada, USA, is a city that never sleeps. Known as "Sin City," it proudly holds the title as the Entertainment Capital of the World. One fun fact that few know: Las Vegas is home to more than half of the world's top 20 largest hotels. So get ready to embark on an unforgettable journey in a city that shimmers with glitz, glam, and remarkable surprises at every corner.

Jetting off to the Neon Paradise

Arriving in Las Vegas is a breeze with McCarran International Airport, located just a few miles from the heart of the city. Shuttles, taxis, and ride-sharing services are readily available to transport you downtown. When planning your visit, ensure you're aware of the USA visa requirements and apply in advance.

English is the primary language spoken, but you'll find a multilingual atmosphere due to the city's international appeal. While Las Vegas is globally known for its 24/7 casinos, do remember gambling is a recreational activity and should be approached responsibly.

Dazzling Attractions and Spectacles

Las Vegas Strip, the city's nerve center, houses a plethora of world-renowned casinos, hotels, and attractions. Explore the Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas, journey to ancient Rome at the Colosseum in Caesar's Palace, or marvel at the Fountains of Bellagio - a dancing water spectacle that's a must-see.

For those seeking a break from the bustling Strip, the nearby Grand Canyon offers breathtaking natural beauty, while the Neon Museum provides an insightful look at the city's colorful history.

Sun-Kissed Skies and Glamorous Nights

Las Vegas enjoys a desert climate with plentiful sunshine year-round. While summer can be quite warm, with temperatures in Las Vegas climbing above 100°F (38°C), the winter months are relatively mild. The best time to visit is during spring (March to May) and fall (September to November), when the weather is comfortably warm. Light clothing works best for daytime, but keep a light jacket for cooler evenings.

A City of Choices: Your Perfect Stay

Selecting a hotel in Las Vegas depends entirely on your preference. If you want to be in the heart of the action, the Venetian Resort or Bellagio Hotel and Casino on the Strip offers luxury accommodation with easy access to top attractions. For foodies, the Cosmopolitan features some of the city's best restaurants.

For those looking for convenience and connectivity, the LINQ Hotel is steps away from the Las Vegas Monorail. Business travelers may prefer the quiet sophistication of the ARIA Resort in CityCenter, close to the Convention Center. For budget-conscious travelers, the Downtown district provides options like the D Hotel. Instagram aficionados might find the Art District’s chic, boutique hotel, the Downtown Grand, a picture-perfect choice.
