Clean and spacious with family friendly activities

Our stay at Excelxior Hotel was very disappointing. We were looking forward to enjoying the facilities especially since it was Mother’s Day, but we were told that access to the courtyard was limited because we booked through Trip.com. According to the staff, only guests who booked directly through their website could use it. What made it more frustrating was that the courtyard was not even crowded and there were barely any people using it. It felt unfair and honestly ruined the experience for our family. Guests should be informed clearly about these restrictions before booking. Another disappointing part was that we had to pay extra for additional bath towels, soap, shampoo, and other basic amenities. In most hotels, families with 2 adults and 2 kids are usually given extra items without additional charges. It felt very inconvenient and not family-friendly at all. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations and was far from the relaxing Mother’s Day stay we hoped for.

This hotel in Las Piñas feels quite safe. They have vehicle checks for explosives and security screenings at the entrance. The hotel itself is spacious and very clean, with sheets changed daily.

The furnitures have lots of corners, not so safe for kids. Also, the reception area is on the second floor, beside the stairs, kids might run and fall accidentally. This is dangerous. The parking area is on another building and there is no pathway to the hotel, nobody even warned us about it, we should have dropped our baby to the lobby first. Imagine we had our stroller and luggages from the 2nd level parking area plus it is hot outside. I used my credit card for the deposit, it 's been more than 2 weeks now, still wasn't returned. The playground is not even complimentary for guests who booked thru apps. I expected a lot since it was more expensive than Acacia Hotel which is a 5-star hotel. Not coming back.

It was a little bit crowded on check in time. But it is systematic and explained well. I’ve seen little cockroach in the curtain area. A little bit gloomy feeling in the room however it is very spacious. We love the pool. And you can hear kiddies voices in the hallway and running around footsteps from above the room which is a little annoying.

Amazing experience in this hotel. We booked an executive room for 1 night for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room is so big that my kids can even play on their carpeted floors. the buffet breakfast is so delicious, and one thing I love most is that you can bring your coffee or any food from the restaurant to the poolside. Explores don't add much, some features are not available. The 360 remote is missing, the space for movie night is not well airconditioned, a bit hot inside. Free snacks and drinks (pop corn and iced tea). We will be back again but next time we will skip the explorecation.

Family, and kids friendly, and very friendly and accommodating staff, super recommended 5⭐️

Appreciated the birthday cake they have given for my son. We have been notified before booking that there is an extra fee for exploration packages but it could have been better if the access to play grounds and play areas are all inclusive to room bookings. You can just skip breakfast, it is not worth waking up for. Swimming pool is nice and kid-friendly yet not heated. Internet access was poor, it logged out after a few hours of use, internet can't be accessed in the bathroom. Extra amenities are chargeable. Water is limited to 2 small water bottles, asking for additional water are chargeable. The gym is very hot, they didn't turn on the AC. We went there on a weekdays, and there were limited services and staff. I am not sure if it is the same on weekends. Not worth the hype.

This hotel is really kid-friendly,big rooms and a great pool for the little ones

Convenient location especially if you are looking for a hotel near Alabang-Zapote and don’t want to be stuck due to traffic when you are in business trip. WiFi is good and family-friendly atmosphere, making it a solid choice for both leisure and short business stays.

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was a breeze, and the rooms are spacious. Great location, as SM Southmall is a 3-minute walk away. The Filipino breakfast was decent

We had a disappointing experience during our stay. When we checked in, the room was noticeably dirty—we had to call housekeeping three times just to have the floor cleaned and an air freshener sprayed. On top of that, the refrigerator was messy and required another call to be cleaned. We also asked if it was possible to change rooms, and while they said they would check, we never received any follow-up or update. Poor service and cleanliness overall—not the experience we expected.

Could've been better if not in the middle of busy and not-so-nice surroundings.

This is the worst ever hotel I ever stay! The worst! Could you imagine that when I was trying to walk off from the building upon check out I was asked and stopped rudely by the door guard that I shall not to leave the building unless I have to attend to the checkout counter ? In This modern today most of the check out are “quick check out” by dropping the card in a check out key box or leave the key card in the room, simply make a intercom call to the front desk that is it! Nothing more than this! The experience I had with this hotel is stunning and unbelievable!
