Fantastic service provided by Izabel at reception and Melanie and Erika at breakfast. All of them were consistently amazing every single day and definitely made our stay memorable. The rooftop pool is just a bonus. Recommended because of the amazing service.

This hotel was not to our taste. Decor is dark and dreary. Generally it is all style over substance. Service on the two days we spent here was not great. There seemed to be staff training going on - student hospitality interns at reception, restaurant and rooftop bar. Breakfast was disappointing. The hot buffet was cold and the queue for the only coffee machine was frustrating. The saving grace is the roof top bar which was very pleasant and the food was nice. Miriam was a great host albeit working with limited staff resources. Brava to her.

Booked 1 night for carnival so the room way overpriced paid 110 euros for room only. Reception is tired and needs upgraded to give a warm welcome. Felt 3 stars as soon as i entered. Reception staff friendly . Lift to rooms felt really old and dark. Room 408 a double was very spacious with large bathroom.kitchen area with full frudge and small table top oven, well stocked with utensils if you wanted to cook something. Bed really comfortable. View from the room syraight onto the side of a building. TV worked but only Spanosh stations, occasionaly Euronees in English. In this day and age you should be offering several stations in English and German. Im learning Spanish so wasnt a problem but need to cater to international travellers. Overall an ok stay but not good value for money when im booking into another 3* today for 47 euros.

It was a surprisingly nice hotel and it exceeds my expectation to be honest. I booked two nights to stay in the Las Palmas city centre with easy access to Santa Catalina and Playa de Las Canteras. I did not expect fancy room, mega facilities, etc, but just needed a clean room for my stay. However, on arrival, the friendly and welcoming staff at reception allowed me to check in even before standard check in hour. The hotel was clean, new and refresh for me. The room was very new and very clean, with full kitchen facilities. You can cook small meals or make some snack during your stay if you like. It has a balcony with view of small alley/ narrow street of Las Palmas. There are also social working/ meeting space, laundry, sauna, gym facilities in the basement, which I did not have time to use. The air conditioning in the room is a plus and make you feel very cool and comfortable in hot weather. The hotel is in a very convenient place, with plenty of restaurants, bank/ A** and shops nearby. Walking to the beach is under 5 minutes with more activities to offer. For public transport, Santa Catalina bus station is around 5 minutes away, where you can get buses to the airport, south part of the island and San Telmo Bus Station which is near the historical centre. Overall, I like this hotel and would certainly recommend it to you if you would like to stay in Las Palmas. Everything is so convenient and yet it was not noisy at night, as I had a very good sleep.

Terrific value - recommended Stayed one week. Good location, only 10 mins from cruise terminal and a level walk to bus station Euro2.80 per person to airport, buses depart from Las Palmas 15 mins and 45 mins past the hour. (Taxi about Euro 30) Great sun terrace although some mattresses would improve the comfort of the sun loungers! More drawers in wardrobes would be a good addition too. Breakfast quite good but perhaps more variation in hot dishes would be welcome by other guests. If possible some quieter door closures would be a courtesy to other sleeping guests. Very fast wi-fi , we had as requested a quiet room on the 6th floor with prompt lift access. Spotlessly clean clean and quiet throughout. Receptionist Irene is a credit to her employer for helpfulness and providing translations. Manager Hose also an excellent communicator especially with prompt email exchanges before visiting the hotel. Hose even helped with our luggage on departure.

After all, it's Marriott, no problem, everything is satisfactory, except for some small places such as the faucet is a bit old, but overall it is very comfortable to stay. The hotel provides complete supporting supplies. The swimming pool on the rooftop is great.

Fading. Could be 5 stars but is only 3.5. The staff are nice but the main reason we used to stay here was the pool. However that now does not open until 12..or later some days and it closes at 7pm. Therefore on arrival it was closed and on check out day you cannot use it at all. The bar has no draught beer...just a few bottles and closes at 4 pm. Many people were trying to order during those times but nobody was there to take their orders. Sat and Sun there were 30 people plus on the roof until 8pm and wanted to spend their money but could not! Madness. Some days there was a life guard sitting by an empty pool and other days when the pool was busy..no lifeguard. The Aircon works but is noisy. The TV is an antique and most channels do not work. There was a heatwave but you get one free water each on day one but no more than that even if you pay for 7 or 14 nights. Wifi works but you have to login everyday. Hotel is in a great place but Las Palmas is noisy, dusty and a little fragrant at times! If the main company, Eurostars would look afresh here and spend some money on a refresh then this could be a 5 star. Until then we will stay elsewhere, most probably.

Excellent
TTraveler59829514081We stayed in the hotel for a few nights before a cruise. It’s in an ideal location. 200 metres from the Canteras beach and 400 metres from Santa Catalina bus station which is just beside the cruise terminal. The commercial centre is 600 metres away. There’s a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets in the immediate surrounding area. A taxi to the old town is 6 Euros. Rooms are modern, clean, have a free safe, mini fridge, complimentary water & toiletries, and a nice bathroom with powerful shower. A quiet room coupled with comfortable beds and great latex pillows meant we got a good night’s sleep. We prepaid breakfast which offered high quality cereals, cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, breads, fruit and some hot options together with juices and coffee. The hotel has left luggage lockers and a courtesy toilet and shower facilities which we appreciated as we had a late flight. Staff were excellent: professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
LleiahykI booked at the last minute and when I arrived they already had my booking and room keys ready. The hotel was conveniently located, rooms were smart and comfortable, service was friendly and efficient! I only stayed for one night but it was perfect for my needs and great for a solo traveler.
GGuest UserI'm in the hotel for the first time I'm in the hotel. I invite you to go up to my room to chat because we have long not seen and we have a lot to talk about, and they call me at reception saying you have to register**** my friend and that if you spend 5 minutes in the room I have to pay 10 euros, The hotel is a hotel with a very good location, a hotel with a very good location, a hotel with a very good location, a hotel with a very good location, a hotel with a very good location, a hotel with a very good location, a hotel with a very good location, a hotel with a very good location, a hotel with a very good location, a hotel with a very good location, a hotel with a very good location, a hotel with a very good location, a hotel with a very good location, a hotel with a very good location, a hotel with a very good location I felt humiliated by the way I treated my friend who was only willing to talk with after so long without seeing us while I was cleaning my baggage. The hotel is the first time I come to this hotel and the last time for little consideration with regard to the clients. When we left, the receptionist has called me attention and insisted on the recovery of that amount, it was not enough to give her data as if it was a criminal, for I invited him to go up to my room. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. ADRMAS has no air conditioning, and is supplied with a noisy fan with which you can't sleep.
GGuest UserPerfect hotel for a stay in Las Palmas. 10 minutes to the beach & lots of excellent restaurants & bars on your doorstep. The housekeepers at Bexx are excellent & I can honestly say it is the cleanest hotel we have stayed at & our room is spotless every day. We visited the top floor bar on the Friday of our nine nights here & they had a private party on with a group of lawyers who invited us to join them & we had the best night. Would 100% stay here again
GGuest UserMy partner and I checked in on the 29th, in a comfort suite, room 206. When we arrived, staff were friendly and helpful, but the staff were not the issue. As we approached our room, the hallways, stairs, and particularly the mirror decorations were all dirty, setting the tone immediately. We got to our room, and quickly were disappointed. Although the facilities worked, with the exception of the cold shower, the cleanliness of the room was shocking. What we had been promised was not what we received. From the marks on the walls, to the mould in the shower, the entire place was just poor. We informed the receptionist, who was polite, and he told us the cleaner would do a once over. Even after this, we found that the only thing that had really been cleaned was the inside of the fridge. We were told that the black mould in the shower was not actually dirt, and neither was the marks over the walls, they were just ‘wear and tear’. We checked out early, and we’re genuinely shocked at our experience. I would say the reviews do not do the place justice from our experience.
We stayed in this hotel for five nights in early December as part of a package city break. We reached the hotel by taxi from the airport (approx. €45) although we understand there to be a bus service into the city centre. There is car parking on site. The hotel has just under 100 rooms over seven floors – the highest floors might have business space but we did not investigate. It is in a good location for everything being a five minute walk from the main shopping street and close to bus services. We understand it to have been taken over by Livvo in 2022. The hotel does accommodate guests with impaired mobility. There is no bar or restaurant. The problem with this hotel is that it suffers from an absence of any competent management. In our attempts to contact the female Director at a weekend we were told there was no management presence at all in the hotel on Saturday or Sunday – the only point of contact was (in his own words) a regular receptionist. Whilst helpful he had no corporate authority - unlike many of his colleagues he had reasonable spoken English. Telephone calls and emails to the Directora were ignored by her (and still are). Variously we were told she was “working at home” / “ill”. The hotel does have – so we are told – assistant managers, but they were not on site either. It needs management to direct the maintenance teams. Our window didn’t open (handle was broken), the bathroom basin did not hold water, the centrally controlled clock was showing the wrong time and had been since the end of October (it had not been adjusted for the end of Daylight Saving). It needs management to direct the housekeeping which might best be described as erratic. Servicing of our room was invariably around 15:00 hrs unless we complained. One day it was absent entirely and we searched out our own clean towels. Public areas were left with debris from food and drink for hours. Windows hadn’t been cleaned for some time. It needs management to address the major difficulty with what appeared to be the principal lift - serving all floors in the hotel although with another in a separate location serving floors 1-3 only. This small lift serviced six floors exclusively and was used by housekeeping to move around service trolleys. At certain times of the day for guests to use this lift meant a long wait, squeezing in with dirty linen and exiting by contorting around the service trolley. For any guests with any mobility impairment use of the lift would have been impossible. The hotel does take groups although not with the obvious signs prevalent in many Spanish hotels. The major problem for us was that the hotel accommodates large groups of schoolchildren which we incurred at the weekend. The breakfast room is large enough when fully opened but with only two members of staff supervising the schoolchildren overwhelmed the seating space and the buffet area. Control from their teachers was lacking during our stay. Food was t
GGuest UserJust spent 4 nights at hotel Concorde. It was great, rooms spacious comfortable and clean. breakfasts were good plenty of choice, location good, pool on 7th floor was a bonus. bar area good and reasonably priced. would definitely stay again.
5547deejBasic hotel, cheap, and somewhat dated, but all I needed was a place to sleep while my husband was in hospital close by. Was clean, bathroom was spoiled by the toilet seat being at an angle and shifted suddenly when sat upon. Rather noisy, but city centre, so it came with the territory. Staff were friendly but fairly casual. My main problem was I initially booked for one night, as I had the offer of a room attached to the hospital, but I didn't know when that would be available to me. I explained the situation in my somewhat broken Spanish, and was offered another couple of nights at the hotel. I agreed to one more night, and paid for it. However a couple of hours later (and a couple of hours after hotel check out time) I was contacted by the hospital and offered a room, which was perfect for me. I told Hotel Valencia what had happened, and I would be checking out immediately. I'd expected a refund or at least a part refund as I hadn't stayed for the second night, although the room had been serviced that morning (still with the toilet seat from hell!) But no, no offer of a refund as a sign of goodwill just a casual goodbye. I realise technically they were within their rights to keep my payment but I was disappointed that they didn't waive my bill in view of my very stressful circumstances. Very disappointed at their attitude.
