I do not recommended this hotel. The guest house is decorated nicely and in theory, I appreciate the idea. It is also well located. However, there are many things wrong with the hotel.
The hotel did not provide a real blanket and the blanket (or large towel I should say) was scratchy and thin. I did not see the option for any AC. The hotel is also very loud and and I was awoken multiple times by neighbors. The walls are very thin. You have to remember there is no real privacy here as you are sharing rooms in a guest house essentially. What upset me the most was that my door was broken causing safety issues (room 4). I first had trouble getting in and spent about 10 minutes locked out because the handle broke. Then once I figured out how to get in after jimmying the door, it did not lock properly. I tried contacting the hotel on WhatsApp, but learned they don’t have one. To be honest, this is unacceptable for international guests. While I have paid money to get data in Cyprus, you cannot expect every international guest to have Cyprus calling capabilities. That is the only way to reach the hotel! I spent 7 USD turning on my international roaming to call them from a foreign phone number. When you reserve the hotel you just get a mysterious email with the code to get it. That’s it. Do not expect anything else. Stay elsewhere.
