Excellent B&B. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean. Friendly, helpful owner. Very good breakfast which included fresh fruit and yoghurt as well as full range of cooked options.

I really enjoyed my stay at St Leonards Guesthouse. Keith is so friendly and helpful, and the single room was just right for a solo traveler. Breakfast was also delicious. I wish I could have stayed more than one night!

Gave the impression that the people running it were really interested in what they did. Lots of nice touches -- bathrobe provided, for instance, and a bottle (glass) of water in the room. Rain shower was very good, and spacious, even included a cleaning too. Breakfast set you up for the rest of the day.

Keith , the host , gave a very warm welcome on my arrival. My room was clean and comfortable good size bed 2 arm chairs. There was the usual coffee , tea and biscuits also a fridge containing fresh milk and bottled water.
Despite the property being on a main road it was fairly quiet thanks to good sound proof glazing.
Breakfast was plentiful with cereals , croisants along with a hearty fresh cooked full breakfast, fresh coffee too.

A beautiful guest house, with fantastic service. Very high quality bedding and super decor. Personal, thoughtful touches throughout and a very welcoming and helpful host.
