Hampton Inn & Suites Largo

First time staying here, everything was great. Prompt service when asked. Great room size and clean. Definitely coming back again for future work trips.

Despite and almost full occupancy, the front desk checked me in quickly and easily. They were very kind and expedient. I'm only here one night, so it's not the biggest deal but about an hour after I checked in as I was getting ready for bed, I noticed that the rug really needed a good vacuum. There's a little bit of popcorn and some kind of sand or very fine pebble. It is a mile to the beach so sand as possible. The one issue that really needs to be addressed, is the state of the AC unit. The vent, the filter, the blower unit itself, and the casing are covered in a thick dust. The kind that only happens after months of faiure to do a proper cleaning . I was turning the unit on and that's when I saw the very noticeable buildup. I have a pretty bad allergy to dust and mold and although it's only minor, I definitely feel the symptoms of the AC blowing all of that grime and dust into the air. There is some staining on the carpets in the hallway. The only other minor issue is that even though I'm a Hilton honors member , The electronic key was never sent to me, even though I requested one after being prompted to do so. it's not a big deal, but, It was a fair price and like I said it's only one night so I can handle it. if I needed another short one night stay, I would take this place. It's mostly just fine , but I would definitely have somebody come clean the unit for me and vacuum if I were staying longer It's not filthy, but it's definitely noticeable

This is a nice hotel with a very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast food and coffee are very good.

Kudos to the person hiring and training the staff! Every employee was kind, friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The facility was very clean, the bed comfy and the complimentary breakfast comprehensive and fresh. The only complaint - the coffee could be better!! Hotels could set themselves apart by providing better coffee! Minor detail however in an otherwise excellent Hampton inn.

Very friendly staff. It would be great if they could make the coffee stronger; it was quite weak. Follow the package directions-really. If someone complains that it is too strong, then they can add hot water. Those of us who enjoy coffee as it is supposed to be prepared, can't make it stronger!

Very nice staff. Wish there was more of a sitting area outside other than the pool area. A little noisey woth teaffic but great stay.

The only dislike whatsoever was that the swimming pool is in shade of the building most of the time. THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT!

It was very clean, bed and pillows awesome. Water pressure in shower not so good. We love Hampton hotels. They are our first choice when traveling.

No problems - clean and comfy. The AC was a little noisy, but so is mine at home. I know a few people who would not have been happy
