The hotel has you sign a car thief waiver upon check in. 3 cars in the front lot were broken into last night - windows "smash and grab". Do not park by large vans which shield your car from sight. The room is clean, the breakfast is good, and the desk clerk was very welcoming. The pool is not open.

Flew in from Chicago for the Dolphins/Commanders game, after a long day of traveling we were checked in by Alisha, her smile and kindness made us forget about the airport delays. When you travel you want to feel warm and welcomed when you get to your destination and Alisha definitely brought that positive energy and made my family feel awesome! Sad we couldn’t see her on check out but I hope she liked the pins we left her!

Upon arrival to departure, my stay and service received were flawless. Some of the reviews stated otherwise but most often sometimes we must experience for ourselves. The location was within a perfect distance from the main meeting area and the area was very safe as some may say otherwise. I am a Bonvoy member who travel often and because of such you see a lot. The checkin was smooth, the agent remained calm and collected as the line begin to grow with the guests’ varying needs. My room was spacious and CLEAN!! First of all, it was CLEAN! Need I say more. Kudos to Housekeeping for checking on my room! Breakfast in the mornings was plentiful and the attendant was attentive and nice ensuring everything was replenished!! Whatever needs or concerns I had were addressed and rectified quickly from the cold water showers to the warmer than usual bedroom temperature to the request to extend our stay.. The GM, Mr Bowers, Justin at the FD and DeMarco in Engineering.. all those I had encounters with.. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE QUICK RESPONSES AND A GREAT WEEKLONG STAY!!

The room was really nice, modern and comfortable. The area was relatively quiet and relaxing. The staff were oh so friendly and helpful and really courteous. It cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful they were, attending to our every need.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE We had a housing emergency and was displaced, after booking we where told by Latoya the hotel and the one next door (Courtyard) was all sold out. After calling customer service they confirmed that was a lie they have over 20 rooms available. After asking for management the staff Daniel Cruz and Fredrick Bowers made matters worse pretended to help but did nothing and we were forced to stay at a Choice Hotel 25mins away. Save yourself the stress and stay elsewhere.
